How this casino only has 2 stars is beyond me. Won 2k withdrawal was in my bank in 1hr. They even send you a email saying think about what your spending the money on and don’t be quick to re deposit. I don't know about all of you Comenting on here but I've been a loyal customer on here for a while my main slot is starburst I've been playing it for a while
In starburst u can get 3 starbursts ( so u spin and get a starburst it stays while u spin again n then I would get 2 more or even on 1 spin 3 starburst lines ) and I did get that alot then last year it changed never again have I ever gotten 3 starbursts lines on
And I've played for a while n u don't get them anymore only 1 starburst 2 if ur lucky on a spin
So ide like to know what has been done to the game because these things don't just stop on there own unless it's been tampered with
Which is against the law
I remember last year when it was having "issues" n then when I was able to play it properly I never got a 3 starburst again so an explanation I think is in order for that

Never had issue with gala casino but tonight I deposited £10 up and down which is fine I enjoy little spin on a weekend , ten game started crashing on me got back on hit bonus up to £35 so I withdrew 15£ usual goes in within hour but no rush again kept crashing on me I was down to 10£ so thought I’d withdraw it, the payment status says reeders partial verified wow so no answer on the telephone and on chat just kept going back to Robot, been playing for few yards now will no longer

Avoid. Another fix rubbish casino. Nothing ever loads. Tornaments are fixed .you NEVER get a bonus. Yet again looks after new customers but fails to keep existing customers. Foxy bingo is the way to go. Cant even close my account. This could be an amazing casino but as always turns out to be a predictable fix. It was a nice site when I used it. But then I decided to take a break from gambling for a while. Then came back to find I have been made inelligible for any promotions, with no reason given. And I know it will be a complete waste of time to appeal it.

You encourage people to take breaks from gambling when they need to, then this happens. It feels like I'm being punished for it.

To anyone considering signing up to Gala Casino, DON’T. After months of being a loyal customer to this site, I received an email from them saying that “After a review of your account we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to claim or receive bonuses at Gala Casino. Please note this applies to all current and future bonus offers. While you may continue to see bonus offers advertised, any deposits/funds will not count towards bonus qualification, and you will not receive any related rewards”. I was confused by this as I hadn’t done anything against Gala Casino policies. I decided to connect to their live chat to find out what about my account specifically was wrong and had caused this to happen, to which the person I was speaking continued to ask me “how are you?” And what I was contacting them regarding. I felt they were doing this to get me to disconnect as they couldn’t find a reason. The person then said to me “We reviewed your account, and we think you benefitted enough from promotions. We do this to make sure everyone gets an equal opportunity to enjoy our rewards”. So they didn’t have a specific reason, and I hadn’t broken any rules or policies I had just, in their opinion, used there bonuses and promotions enough - which as a customer it is my right to enjoy the promotions and bonuses offered. The amount I use them, doesn’t affect anybody else using the site. So this again was just another bogus excuse. This to me is absolutely ludicrous. I told them that they should make it clear to people that, for example, there ‘free spin everyday’ offer isn’t really a free spin everyday due to the fact that after a certain amount of time they will permanently ban you. I feel like didn’t like me winning free spins a few times a week and decided to remove me. Please, do not waste your money on this site, as after a few months you’re account will be banned.

Definitely would not recommend Gala Casino, I have deposited a lot of money over the last few months thinking that surly they will pay out soon, but obviously not! Anyway I had an email asking for me complete a survey, so I did and I told them exactly what I thought, I then received an email within 30 mins saying they it's just all about luck 😂 and how trustworthy they are 😡 they gave me 5 free spins as compensation 🙈 I obviously didn't win a penny! I don't recommend toke money from my account 10 time 5 and10 pound! I'm spending only 5 pound! I have deposit limit 5 pound / month and I have proof from transaction on my bank account.
