My Gall & Gall order dated 17th January…

My Gall & Gall order dated 17th January supposed to be delivered following day by Dynalogic. Five days latter, my order is not delivered. In meantime, I received several emails from Dynalogic informing me to be home between 18:00 and 22:30. I allocated that time day after day despite the fact that I needed that time to be somewhere else. This is so so frustrating and this is not the right whey to run the business. On trustpilot, Dynalogic only has 1,3 star on Trustpilot and Gall & Gall know about their bad reputation but they still use them.

Worst customer and delivery service ever

I ordered a package on Thursday, expected delivery next day as promised by the site itself. On friday it does arrive at the post office, but delivery time changes to saturday (after i took a day off to wait for it at home because they have to check my id so neigbours can't take it for me).
Saturday again waited a whole day, the delivery time changed to sunday. Sunday the same thing, it changed to monday. Cancelled any plans i could to stay at home and wait for the package. It did not arrive again, ended up being postponed to Tuesday.
By Tuesday, I had already contacted them twice, got told they didn t have room for my package in the truck(this happened on saturday), and then someone else told me they can't do anything about it (tuesday) and that i will receive a new track and trace code. Now, i have 2 track and trace codes, a filed complaint at the post office (who told me that i need to contact the shop in order for them to be able to do something about my order), and countless chats with customer service and the ai bot they provide.
I don t know if my package will ever arrive, or if i ll get my money back. Safe to say, only extra added stress, and no timely preparations for the event i was going to host.
Take my example as advice: Do not order from them, pick another beverage store if you want to get your drinks online. If you still want to shop from them, go to a physical store. Their service is bad, especially for delivery and customer service.
Never ordering from them again.

Horrible

I was always happy with the service and offers but the Gall and Gall shop at Amstelveenseweg 174 made me cancel my membership. The staff at this shop has no expertise at all, they have no clue about internal offers and even told me to leave and find a different shop.

Terrible!

Terrible!
Ordered something for in-store delivery - sent numerous confusing text messages and emails giving different delivery times. Then it the order didn't arrive when they said it would.
This company still requires a print out Returns Form, you can't return things in store (apparently they are "franchises").
Most of the staff in the store in Overtoom are miserable. Honestly can't understand how a business like this is running.

Disappointing Experience…

I had a disappointing experience at this store( Amsterdam, Elandsgracht). I asked an older gentleman if they carried special beers, as I heard some shops stock them during the holidays. He looked at me as if I’d just landed on earth from a flying saucer and replied rudely, "I haven’t sold beer here for more than 10 years!" When I then asked if he might know where to find it, he just stared at me silently.

It was shocking to encounter such unprofessional behavior. If someone doesn’t enjoy dealing with people, you have to wonder why they’re working in retail. Definitely not a pleasant visit.

Gall.nl False information on products with appalling customer service.

Gall & Gall is a poorly run public company in the Netherlands. I have been shopping with them for years, but my latest experience proves that the management has lost grasp of the company.
I ordered a 75€ bottle of cognac as a special birthday gift (Hennessy VSOP PRIVILEGE) but what was actually sent was an inferior cognac. I wouldn't have known except the person sent me a photo of what they received and it absolutely was not what I ordered.
I reported it to the customer service and had 6 different email exchanges with 6 different people. All with their own ideas. The first ones accepted the error in the shipment and asked that the inferior bottle be returned which I agreed would be.
Then I got 2 different other messages telling me that the label had been changed and what I received was correct. It absolutely was not and I have the photos to prove it.
This Privilege cognac is still on their website today (5 days later) for sale but what you get is not what is advertised. It's basically false and illegal advertising so BE VERY CAREFUL sending a gift via the gall .nl website if you won't be able to see what the intended recipient receives. I have absolute proof of their disingenuous intentions, products and management. I suggest someone in AH Holding look into this and perhaps many other questionable practices.
