It is empty like a ghost town.

I visited the Game store located within the Aylesbury House Of Frasier in order to buy a present for my nephew, one of those fancy toy robots called a "Transformer Generation", however when picking one of these items up and walking to the cashier's counter, there was nobody there. Not a soul. I waited a while, but was not served. I am utterly confused as to why a reputable establishment like House Of Frasier would run a shambolic department such as this. My autistic nephew was most disappointed that I did not greet him bearing a gift.

All the tins were dinted and damaged

All the tins were dinted and damaged, cards were ok inside but very disappointed in package handling, was well packaged too so this has definitely happened pre packing stage, not good quality control at all.

I never received my order and I paid…

I never received my order and I paid for next day delivery. It's been over a week and I've now been informed that if I have a another copy sent to me they have to send it to my address I ordered to even though I no longer live at that address

The Lego sets that were gifts arrived…

The Lego sets that were gifts arrived in a shocking condition, all three boxes were damaged, one was so broken that Lego was falling out. One was badly ripped and other looked like it had been sat on. I will be returning all the items.

Quick and simple service

Made the purchase online to replace a Nintendo Switch Charger. Simple service. They used Evri and it was delivered ahead of schedule and left in the designated safe place (with photo) as I was not home. I would be happy to purchase from GAME again.

I’ve always had a brilliant experience…

I’ve always had a brilliant experience shopping at game, ever since the first store not too far from where I live first opened its doors over 25 years ago, and also online, their trusted, I’ve never had a problem with any game I’ve ever purchased from Game, and I’ve always found that was is being sold, has always been good value for money, I would love more of a selection of pre-owned games across different, platforms, though, because I don’t think their are nearly enough options for pre-owned games, both in store and online, but other than that, Game, has always been my go to for shopping, all things, games. :)

Ordered clearly marked new items 4 of…

Ordered clearly marked new items 4 of them 3 came battered and clearly opened and only 1 was new and sealed. If you intend to sell opened items you have to list them as such and reduce the prices accordingly as new games are sealed and have dlc while opened do not and should not be the same price as a new item.

I also suggest you change your delivery and returns charges they are aggressively excessive and a customer is charged multiple times for delivery even when collecting from a store and even when products are not as described.

I paid £5 to collect it (no idea why collecting is free in every other instance and in every other store)

I then had to pay £5 per item I returned yesterday that's right per item, this actually goes against the consumer act and should be investigated immediately and anyone effected refunded you cannot charge customers return postage for faulty not as described items.

If you want to resolve this and contact me to refund postage lost due to your own incompetence feel free to do so.

Quick dispatch, games were not new

I ordered two Nintendo Switch games, and a boardgame. The order arrived quickly - the two games were in separate cardboard packaging, whilst the boardgame had just been put in a polythene bag. No padding/wrapping to protect the board game whatsoever.
Both the Nintendo switch games were sold as 'new', however the original plastic shrink wrap had been removed from both, and instead replaced with a protective seal sticker to prevent the cases from being opened. The cases themselves arrived a little battered and dirty - the cartridges themselves however were brand new, and both worked absolutely fine.
There were reduced stickers on both the games - front and back. I cannot peel the sticker off of the back of one, without leaving a ripped mess.

I've ordered from GAME in the past, and not had a problem.
This order has left me disappointed, and wary of using them again!
