Expensive and slow delivery

Whilst I have always supported Game, I would question the £5 delivery charge - for the slowest delivery in the world. Currently you can order off Amazon and receive many items same day for free delivery, so why is game so expensive.

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery. Paid for next day delivery and all I’ve been told is there is an issue at the main depot. This is the second time this has happened. Won’t buy from here again

0 stars if I could

0 stars if I could. Pre ordered a game and paid the £4.99 delivery and it was only dispatched on day of the games release. 2 days later the parcel is still "processing at the hub" despite being on 48 hour delivery. Probably won't receive it for another 2 days, should have used a different retailer

There is no point pre-ordering from here anymore the service is unreliable.

Good honest service

Had a few problems with an order , the first person i spoke to was dismissive and didn’t help , but the second person was fantastic and the problem was rectified. I reordered and received my package today without issue , so im happy

NEVER ON TIME!

I never receive my pre orders on time even when I pay extra to try to ensure delivery as I just did with this order GAME40000131623352. Once I have received my last pre order I am never using Game again. There service is at least ten times worse than when it was under the last ownership, I have come to the end of the line as far as Game is concerned.
Their service is practically none existent and at todays prices I'm not having it. I can buy a game from Amazon, and have on occasion and will get it the next day, you can give Game 3 months notice on a pre-order and you will still receive it later than advertised. My recommendation is don't buy from Game.
I have still not received my order yet!...Game are pathetic & I am surprised they are even still in business.

Terrible experience with game

Terrible experience with game.
Purchased a voucher as a gift from multiple family members so daughter could purchase a ps5 for her birthday gift. Online said they were in stock, paid next day delivery, nearly three weeks later no delivery, nobody answering the phones, only and email response from customer services which took days. Multiple requests to speak to somebody on the phone was never fulfilled.
I had to eventually cancel the order and wait almost a week for a refund and a new voucher to finally be able to re order the ps5 which is hopefully arriving this week. So frustrating and disappointing that we had no gift to give my daughter until 3 weeks after her birthday. Never again.
