I preordered a game that came out on the 5th of March and had next day delivery so I would get it as soon as possible. For some reason the game was never given to the courier and GAMEs customer service won’t tell me what’s going on other than to keep an eye on the tracking. I’ve never had such terrible service with GAME, especially with their preorders which usually arrive on the day of release. Should’ve saved myself the trouble and ordered it as a digital game because this is actually ridiculous.

Collectors Beware: Shipped a damaged "Collector’s Edition" and refused an exchange
I am writing this out of pure frustration after being trapped in a customer service loop. I purchased a Lego Collector’s Edition set, but the experience has been anything but "premium."
The Issue:
The Lego box arrived with a clean slice from a craft knife/box cutter across the side. The outer shipping bag was perfectly intact, which proves this was damaged in their warehouse by a staff member and packed anyway. For a collector, a slashed box significantly devalues the set, yet they shipped it as "New."
The Service (or lack thereof):
I have sent three emails and filed an initial report via their website. Despite providing clear photos of the damage in every single communication, I keep receiving "templated" responses asking for the same photos I’ve already sent.
The Refusal:
They are currently refusing to exchange the item. It is clear they do not understand (or care) that for Collector’s Editions, the box condition is part of the product. To be told they won't replace an item that was clearly damaged by their own warehouse team before shipping is a total disgrace.
I have already provided the evidence multiple times. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for a company to fix their own blatant mistake.

Really disappointed. Ordered so that delivery went to our local post office, which shows on the docs online. However whoever packed my order printed delivery label for my home address. I work all week and my front door opens straight onto our road. I was extremely lucky that the parcel was still there when I got home at 6.00 pm. I will never order from you again. Again really disappointed.
Misleading Advert for Marvel Legends
I was expecting the complete set of Marvel Legends but only got 1 figure. I have raised this with Advertising Standards Agency who have found you in breach of their regulations. As at 4th March I still have not received the other 6 figures in the set.
I notice you have changed the advert but only to reduce the selling price. Nothing else as required by the ASA.
