I bought a £20 PlayStation voucher as 2 games I'd wanted were on sale and bundled together we just a pip shy of that so i could get both for a decent price. Bought and paid for the digital voucher and... See more

GAME isn't GAME anymore and that's sad
If it wasn't for the fact that I was given Game Vouchers as a gift I would not have shopped here. Game used to be the place to go for games. They would host exclusive previews, midnight releases and made a real fuss about day one games. Now it's just a small corner ditched in the corner of sports direct. The loyalty scheme has been removed, the trade in option..gone. The lack of available Playstation stock is laughable. I'm not sure if there is an ongoing dispute with playstation but your variety with Sony products is shocking. Luckily I have both playstation and Xbox so I was able to buy Crimson Desert on Xbox. This experience in itself was terrible.. popped into your game concession in sports direct Plymouth, no staff there to help, only sports direct staff. Maybe you've removed game staff and just man it with sports direct staff but we used to rely on the game reps for advice and tips. Anyway, I asked a staff member if they had Crimson Desert and their response was 'if it's not on the shelf we don't have it'. Didn't even bother to look for it in stock. So I ordered on the game website... Delivery charge to home.. £4.99, ordered to store..£4.99, pick up point £4.99. I can't believe a business as big as Sports direct (and yes I know you owns it and what else forms the group) charge you to pick your own game up from a store bang in the middle of town where you also have to pay for parking or public transport. There is no incentive to come to into store any more and that is a shame.
I can say with confidence, I will never shop at game again. Working in retail for many a year, I applied to work at game due to it's reputation and market leading. Now, I wouldn't ever step foot into a concession again.
Ordered Magic the Gathering MTG Magic
Ordered Magic the Gathering MTG Magic: The Gathering (MTG): Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pizza Bundle received the order today and found that one side of the box the seal had been broken as if the box had been tampered with the other side the seal is intact. I don’t why they would send out a order with a broken seal. Very Poor from Game

I have to leave 1 one star as I can't leave zero. It's impossible to contact this company to inform them that I was hacked and someone made fraudulent purchases using my account and they're happily giving stolen goods to thieves. I assume they allow this all the time, despite the fact that they'll ultimately get ripped off too.

Useless go elsewhere Spent 2 weeks back and forth emailing…
Spent 2 weeks back and forth emailing enquiring about specific games what comes with it never got an actual answer just days of no replies and being asked serial numbers product codes wrong info etc etc. leicester stores are a shambles along with sports direct just smashed packaging used items back on the floor. finally gave up waiting for an answer and just ordered the items turned up today in a plastic bag unsurprisingly the games are smashed to pieces and special edition squashed and ruined. Now ive gotta go back through there online form log a ticket and wait weeks to get something sorted. I mean im not surprised u have gone bust and going bust again.

Game are a great company to buy from
Game are a great company to buy from, I do wish they did more deals on pre-orders like you get on PlayStation but that’s just a personal bug bear. When needing help the customer service is great and can’t thank them enough
Easy website to browse
Easy website to browse. Found what I was looking for. Different payments offered allowing ease to pay. Quick to update and let me know of any changes.
The game just doesnt run
The game just doesnt run, all downloads appear to have gone through OK but the game just doesnt run, no error messages just a MS screen asking me which version I would like from a compare list.
I am emailing game support at the moment trying to ascertain what the hell is happening. Not good for a game I pre-ordered 2-3 months ago and now find it is reduced from what I paid only to discover it wont run.
Awful experience
Awful experience. They had a banner advertising if you ordered crimson desert by 9pm you would get next day delivery. It said nothing about having to pay for the delivery, I tried to cancel my order but magically 5 mins after sending them an email the order was processing so it could not be cancelled. So now I have a game I wanted on day of release arriving by next Wednesday and I then have to send it back even though it is your false advertising that got me in this mess in the first place!

Very disappointed as a damaged item was delivered, and it has cost me an additional £4.99 in postage to return the item.
Very fast service
Very fast service, a great deal and fast post, even using Evri.!!
“Brand New” doesn’t mean new
Bought a “mint” copy of a ps4 game online, while it arrived quickly the game was sealed with security protected stickers (A control copy of the game) - incredibly scratched up and had three (3) different prices on the case. The case also arrived covered in dirt - despite being sent in adequate packaging.
The disc is loose inside the case which is dented and heavily scratched. I have not unsealed the item due to knowing that GAME will unlikely accept a return if I do so.
If I wanted a game in this condition I would have purchased it second hand, elsewhere as GAME should no longer stock them (or so I was lead to believe).
