March of empires ..gloft avoid Health Alert

Lost a castle today in March of empires when shield went down and zeroed due to another one of gamelofts march of empires updates.For 6 days i and many others told them on Facebook and customer services that the update was not in Amazon store to send it but they just ignored me.Still no response other than the automated one they always send via customer support.Then you have to write the whole thing again and wait and see if an operative writes to you.Customer service are like drones all they say ias switch your device on and off, clear cache or reinstall game.If none of these things work you never hear from them again.It is pointless anyone buying or installing there games because at anytime an update will cause you to lose access to your game and they won't care after all they make 500 million dollars a month profit so why waste effort on anyone especially if you are playing free to play games.If you dont pay you can't win by the way in the case of march of empires your only there to be a target.March of empires is full of Bots and the biggest players are all cheats, they are also the payers buying very very expensive packages, so Gameloft will never sort out the cheating because they are its main customers.Some people have spent 10's of thousands on this game yes they are all just 1 bad update away from losing all.I don't know about the rest of there games apart from modern combat 4 which is also infested with Bot program users but i suspect problems the same in all.Gameloft is a shameless abuser of people and March of empires is particularly bad because you have to put new shields every few days or you will be zeroed.So if you like going on holidays or not being shackled to a game for the rest of your days this game is definetely a no no.The language in chat is often disgusting and definetely not one for kids.It has age rating 15 but thats easily navigated if parents don't monitor kids activity.This game is very bad for mental health as it works on the principle of the biggest cheating payers hurting the smallest.

Don't contact customer service, It's a waste of time.

If you have a question, your game/game progress is screwed up, or you need help in any other way, you would have better luck praying to God, than ask this company about your issues.
Once you report a problem on their website, and input your email address, they will send you an automated message, asking what went wrong, and how they could negotiate this issue with you, I responded with the exact same thing I said earlier when I submitted my problem, but rephrased it a little bit, as my original e-mail, already contained all the necessary info. 5 days pass. No response. In their email, it states not to send multiple complaints as it results in a longer time for response. I haven't sent anything to them since I responded to their automated bot and yet, they are still taking a while to respond. Every other customer care service I have spoken to, responded pretty quickly and fixed my problem with zero issues. Not Gameloft however. You could wait till the and of time, and no-one will respond from there. Even if they do respond, they will drag the conversation on for a while, eventually either fixing your problem, or, quit sending you emails overall.

Crashes and bugs leaving ps4 players in the dark and no refund

Its soo worse . The game looks promising .
But the service they lack info.
Some people bought hole package which useless on ps4.

There is no support . No explanation or news .

The discord channel where should be the news official the thing of ps4 about issue is hiding .
Its about Disney dreamvalley .
But service is a nightmare.
I dont no why Disney choose for a mobilegamemaker . With the worst customerratings ever.

Think about it if you buy a game. Wait till its free . Its not worth for now buy the hole package . I would advice take small or wait.

Avoid like the plague.

Avoid like the plague.
Just discovered that Gameloft has been taking over £50 a year from my phone account since 2017 without me ever subscribing.
Their t&c’s say that they cancel subscriptions after 24 weeks of inactivity.
I have never subscribed to Gameloft or used their services, yet they have taken money from me monthly for over 3 years.
They do not answer the phone or respond to emails.
Beware of this company.

Great Customer service

Yuliya was great on resolving a major problem with my daughter’s My little pony account. I have a happy 5 years old, thank you for truly care and getting back to me within 1 hour with the response.

Take care with the games of Gameloft

Take care with the games of Gameloft. I lost Asphalt 8 totally with all the money I spend on it. They don't care. Customer service don't want to answer or help you.
The privacy policy tells you that they collect your game progress and activity. If this is true than they can give you your game back where and when you lost it. When it is to difficult for them they give you a wrong answer or no answer at all. It is terrible when you lost a lot money in this way. So don't spend to much because you lose it one day!!

Excellent customer service

After receiving terrible attitude and customer service from Apple Support I decided to replace all Apple devices. I love the Disney Magical Kingdom game and couldn't restore my progress on to the new tablet I had purchased. E-mailed Gameloft who couldn't have been more helpful in sorting the problem out by email. No long winded phone call with an advisor or any of those problems unlike you get with another company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ranked something like 134th based on reviews. You can lose all your progress and have to start all over and they'll pretend it's your fault. They'll tell you "Sign into your Microsoft account, it's not us" while all your devices have been signed in the whole time. I've had to start over on Asphalt 8 twice now, and I'm done.
Even before this, I frequently didn't receive my rewards for achievments in the game. They'll ignore your support tickets for 2 months, then demand to know the exact time and day it happened when they finally reply.
Find another free game site.

Planning to pay? DO NOT

Planning to pay for anything? DON'T!
Gameloft have slow customer service and they don't treat loyal users accordingly.
Due to an update of the game, mine crashed. Along with all my data.

I have been dealing with "Anton" from support and he was bouncing my case back and forth.
So from 14th of Aug. till now the issue is still there, my ticket was closed even though not fixed.
150 EUR gone like that in coins and what not.

Proceed at your own risk!

Gameloft allows players to make racist…

Gameloft allows players to make racist comments in chat, and allows players to promote child abuse and pedophilia. These comments are reported and nothing is done. They are essentially promoting these things by not taking care of said issues. Racism, child abuse, and pedophilia. Good job GL.

Almost Impossible to report a fault

They make it impossible to report a fault. If you can mange to find the form where you can detail the complaint it will always find some issue to say that there was a problem with your entry. If you manage to complete the form that is acceptable it comes up with you have no internet connection try later. The same faults come up time and time again and it takes them months to repair them
