High quality and expert staff
The quality of the store staff is very high and you can tell that each member takes their job very seriously. It's always a pleasure to come to the store as it is well stocked, with a wide range of products that is restocked and shuffled with different products quite often which is a plus. The only negative feedback I have is that sometimes I see products that are marked up in prices, such as Magic the Gathering commander products, but this is not so much within the stores control rather than an issue with suppliers.

I pre-ordered tears of kingdom and still didn't come also contact with Klantservice but after just one email they stopped responding ,on my track and trace percel is like was delivered to me at Saturday but it's not ... It's disappointing really because that was my favorite webstore

Heb op 07-05-2023 een pre-order geplaatst voor the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom maar is nog steeds niet binnengekomen terwijl de pre-order op dag van release in huis zou zijn. Ik had het net zo goed bij een andere webshop kunnen bestellen en daar zou ik het naar alle waarschijnlijkheid gewoon op tijd hebben gekregen.

Pre-ordered TotK, but it didn't ship on time...
I pre-ordered Tears of the Kingdom through the webshop. But I suspect I wasn't the only one...
The shipment was 'checked in' with the deliverer late in the afternoon on the day of release instead of the day before. And at 10:30 in the evening it still wasn't either handed over or processed by the delivery company.
Not sure where this went wrong, but it's pretty disappointing. I pre-ordered it a month before, but it (hopefully) arrives a day late.
I'm not going to pre-order a physical copy of a game through Game Mania again.
But apart from pre-orders, usually a good place to get your games from.

Got my hands on God of War Ragnarök…
Got my hands on God of War Ragnarök Jotnar edition, at least I thought so. After an hour I received an email in which they said that my order has been cancelled. No reason given and seems like they just picked a couple of peoples their orders and cancelled them. Nothing of a saving grace. Trying to contact them, but they don’t have an active phone number and aren’t answering on the other social media platforms. I just want the edition I paid for because it is their fault.

i bought a Pro Controller and when it arrived it already had Stick Drift and cannot contact them because their website is broken, thanks for a waste of 75 euros
