I was sceptical about this store at first because it was my first time buying a product from their store, but after contacting their customer service and visiting their store im convinced to say that i will buy more products from them in the future.

I ordered an OLED Switch on Tuesday, picked it up on Friday. The staff gave me good advice re. choosing a glass screen protector over a plastic one, I'm very happy with the glass screen protector!

No complaints, very nice store and even nicer staff. Would recommend the store for anyone!

I didn't have any problem with buying a product but the customer service... they first reply but will say it's your own fault and then if the problem happens again they won't reply anymore.

To my experience and opinion this is the Worst shop ever. Ordered some products for delivery. Doesn’t offer signed delivery and when your expensive package gets lost, it will take you a very long time to get this sorted out . You’ll have to do their job for them.
They are really lazy and don’t care about customer satisfaction . They lie, pretending your package is delivered, when in fact it’s not delivered. The security is a joke and I will never buy anything here ever again. After 3 weeks of doing their job for em they finally decided to refund the package and ask you to close your complaints. They refunded after almost 3weeks . My advice is that you take your business elsewhere and buy at a shop that does offer signed delivery.

Do not buy a 2nd hand machine here. Bought a 2nd hand ps4, at unboxing the dual shock charging chord didn't work (insufficient testing) . Dodgy power chord that barely fit. Very slow & noisy disc drive. Long story short, disc drive stopped working to the point we didn't know if there was a disc in there. It accepted a 2nd disc. Eject and manual eject didn't work. Though 4 month into 6 month 'warranty', I returned it, was told it was a big mess and not covered by the warranty - tough luck basically. €230 and €60 of games down the drain. Horrible customer experience.

I went to the store on Ceintuurbaan the Custommer service Is terrible. Went there to change a headphone that i bought the day before because was not satisfied with the product. The man refused to change the product.
Other electronic stores will give you up to 100 days to return the product without questions(they only give 14 by the way). I dont recommend to anyone buying anything in this store.

Best shop ever,always friendly and on time.

+ a customers card where you can save points en get
discount after some saving, verry nice!!!
the people who work their are always nice and tell you what you need
if you have qestions. nice prices and great deals on 2e hands also
