I purchased Microsoft Visio 2021. The product activation failed because the activation limit for the purchased key has been reached. I have contacted support about this twice but received no response. I have paid the money, the product does not work, and support is ignoring me. Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I will likely never use this store again, nor will I recommend it to others.

So I upgraded my PC and M-Soft played nasty, but Gamers Outlet saved the day.
So I upgraded my PC and my copy of Win10 Pro that cost and arm and a leg from MS would not activate. I tried the phone line which only gives you a web address, the forum is full of trolls and so I looked for any outlet that could sell me a bonified Key.
I found Gamers Outlet - thank god !
No joke, the support is pretty much instant, if you have a question or issue they are on it and not to mention the prices are insane.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Tushar in their tech support. Brilliant support after a stressful day trying to deal with MS support.

I mistakenly bought the wrong Windows…
I mistakenly bought the wrong Windows key, but after contacting support, they replied in no time. They kindly explained that I had purchased the wrong version. When I asked about a refund so I could buy the right one, they issued it immediately. I was even able to purchase the correct key with a discount. Excellent customer service!

I bought the wrong key by accident for…
I bought the wrong key by accident for windows activation so it didn't work, then I contacted the support center and they replied almost instantly, we tried to solve it without buying another key first but after that didn't work, they gave me the refund to use for the right windows key. I'm just amazed by the speed of the support center as it was almost instant. 5 stars would definitely recommend.

I know some people think, hmm this looks too good to be true and sounds sketchy, buy I assure you it's not. This is my second purchase from the Gamer's Outley.net and they have been great, supportive and the product are real and work flawlessly. Why the difference between listed price and cost?
The service was great, and everything arrived as purchased, but when I paid for the product, which was advertised in Canadian dollars, it cost twice the listed price. I bought it anyway, because it was still cheaper than what was available here, but that seemed shady.
