I think that Gamers Outlet is one of the best of this type of software sites that I have visited. The prices are good and the customer service is right up there. I was and am amaze at the speed of the delivery after the purchases. Even though I am waiting for a reply to a software issue, I believe that the resolution is going come soon. I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (Phone Activation) – Lifetime License (Global) on 15 June 2026 specifically because it was advertised as a lifetime license. It has only been about one month, yet I am now receiving repeated pop-up messages stating that my Office license will expire in 1 day.

This is completely unacceptable and does not match what was promised at the time of purchase. A product marketed as a lifetime license should not start expiring after a month. The constant activation and expiry warnings interrupt my work and make the software unreliable to use.

I paid for this product in good faith, expecting permanent access as advertised. If the license expires after such a short period, then advertising it as a lifetime license is misleading.

I expect the seller to either:

Provide a genuine lifetime license as advertised, or
Issue a full refund.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. Buyers should be cautious and ensure they receive exactly what is being advertised before making a purchase.

Needed an office key for a business back in late January and had some user error issues and they immediately sent a replacement key at their own expense, i was never able to use that key because i had back surgery and wasn't able to return to the business, but now many months later they still helped me with activating office at no additional cost even though my order was so old and they had no obligation to provide continued customer service support. You can trust their product keys and if something doesn't work right or the key doesn't work you can be assured they will not fail to make things right and assist you. They're one of the better websites for product keys in my opinion.

Gamers assisted me in registering a copy of Office I purchased from them, after I failed to do so on time, and began receiving error messages.
They were very helpful and patient in guiding someone (me) who is not experienced in such things.

I had to uninstall my product bought December 2025 and could not activate it again on the same pc. Their website does not clearly tell you that it is one time use only. When I contacted them they said it is on their website. I looked everywhere and eventually I found the one time use only under the FAQ. I emailed them to advise that it should be more visible not under the FAQ. Unless it is an 'account bind' which the price will be higher, then it can only be used once. I emailed them and their customer service were very persistent to help me out even after I wrote a bad review on Trustpilot. Eventually they gave me a new activation code for free and I activated over the phone. So I cannot complain as they helped me out as best they could.
