Key didn't work and wouldn't give me my…
Key didn't work and wouldn't give me my refund. Told me to contact them again once that key was sold which is not my problem, I still need my refund. No refund and they didn't keep their word after promising me they would credit within 3 working days. With a business if they can't stick to their word this is going against the very basics and that business isn't reliable. Whether you have sold a key on or not is not my problem. I found the agent who responded to me very short in their manner.
