Avoid like the plague if you don't like being lied to.
Had an ongoing dispute for almost 2 months now. Bought an item marked as in-stock (Destiny's Atheon Funko Pop! Vinyl). Never got dispatched, questioned it multiple times and had different answers each time. put a complain in a week ago and never had a reply, asked live chat about my complaint today and their exact words "We do try to reply to as many emails as possible but we cannot get back to every single one." and they refuse to tell me their complaints procedure. This is pretty much the WORST site I have ever ordered from, they tell so many lies (I have proof of this too). I have also found them selling the same product on Amazon for a higher price, I guess this is why I'm such a LOW priority! (x-posting this on Google Reviews)
