My order arrived damaged, I contacted them through their website over two weeks ago to ask what my options are and received no response. It's an expansion board and it is still playable so I'm just keeping it but I will not be using them again because I didn't pay for damaged goods and I at least expect a response when something goes wrong.

Came on time, badly packaged and box damaged, contacted GameSeek by email but had no reply yet ( far more than 72hrs)

The box was a bit dented.I arrived earlier than I thought.

Ordered a singing and dancing Gizmo Plush to replace my little girls years old one that wouldn’t dance anymore. She absolutely loves it. Delivery was quick, with no fuss during purchase and it was well packaged. Communication was spot on and company kept me updated. Would recommend.

This company does not answer its emails , it’s delivery service is quite good but just make sure the product thar you’ve order is exactly what you want as I’m quite certain it will be very hard to return, I sent emails to cancel my order but they were ignored and the item was dispatched once they arrived I sent more emails to request a returns code as you need this to return any item or no refund, once again ignored so I have had to resell the items at my own cost.

Attracted by the cheap price I made the mistake of ordering Horizon Zero Dawn from Gameseek, Despite receiving notification that it had been dispatched the game never arrived. I spent a month live chatting with their so-called customer service advisors and exchanging emails with Karl Westerside the marketplace manager. They showed no interest in resolving the issue. Thankfully I paid for the game through Amazon Payments so was able to get a refund through them. Gameseek were so awful I honestly feel as if I was the victim of an online fraud. Avoid like the plague and buy your games through a reputable organisation.

As described, but slow to post given I paid extra for First Class postage (took over 1 week to arrive).

A week later and my in stock item has still not been dispatched. I cannot get through to Gameseek via online chat, email, facebook or by phone. They took my money and ran. I will never be ordering from Gameseek again, waiting for my refund by official claim now.

Bought as a Xmas present, however that said the item bought was delivered on time, well packaged and I am confident we will not be disappointed on the day, no hesitation on recommending this seller :)
