The experience all around was very great, customer support was really helpful. Customizing the server was super easy which made the process for me so much better. I will definitely come back when I get more money to host again

After going from host to host after bad experience with my modded rust server, I have finally settled with GSK. I couldn't find a host with a lag-free experience and decent customer service. GSK offers both.

I personally loved their service. It was always consistent and if anything ever happened, they would fix it within a few minutes. I will definitely be using their service again!

I've been using (GSK) Game server kings for a few months and I have to say its my best experience so far.
I have used other providers but nothing compares to this. When I have a problem I am in contact with support in under a minute. It doesn't matter what time it is support is online! This is something I NEED. I want to say thanks to the support team for helping me out every time I needed help. Everyone is so nice and patient even with a noob like me xD

Woah woah woah, I was looking for a dedicated machine because I was getting moved at NFO servers without them telling me. I believe it was because the servers started to take off and use more resources. I told NFO how I felt and they went straight to grandma's closet and unplugged me. Instantly I had 90 messages on Discord from kids. They were pissed. I spent the good part of Saturday trying to get a full machine. After three companies, four bong, and six hours later I found these guys. They answered right away and had all the information I needed. I rented the full machine and they had it up in twelve hours. I was able to set up many of my gaming servers on it and my web site. I could not believe how much smoother my play is and I now get 240 fps over the 130 I had before. Im super happy I found Game Server Kings. Most people that have problems have them in the config of their server. I see these reviews and at first I was sketched out, and ready to give up. Been here almost 24 hours now and Ive never been happier. This is where you want your game server hosted, NO CAP!!!!

VERY VERY VERY BAD STAY AWAY!!! Had problem with them for ages then the CEO spoke to me with severe disrespect then blocked me because I asked for a refund, stay away!!!

I had Constant issues with the panel for 4 months, charged over, which I didn’t rlly care about, But it’s very disgraceful how a “CEO” will block you (ban) only because you asked for a refund and said you was giving a bad review 🤣 Nice one...

The customer service is the best and I never fail any of the services

Excellent customer service, quick response, and (so far) no lag or down time. I've run my own private Rust server before, but moved to a place where I can't get a public IP address, so I went with the Kings. They live up to their name! I had a lot of questions at first, and their staff are very knowledgeable and don't talk down to you. Very happy (door) camper here, lol.

Rene handled my support and all my odd requests - aside from a couple of days delay on my order, my entire experience was absolutely stellar.

This support are 10/10 and they help you get from don´t knowing anything to know all. They are realy good for someone that are new to modding and admin a server.

They are a fast and reliable service especially for Rust I had to servers with them for a short period due to the lack of time because of my Job I had to cancel

Tech support was awesome. Always received a fast response. However, my server was down a lot and
had been moved to two different servers. Also, it would randomly shut down and had frequent lag. I have just the one server and am starting out, and truly feel that I lost the few regulars that I had finally acquired, all because of a subpar hosting service. I don't know how a larger operation would even take the risk with this company if they knew that it wouldn't be a stable consistent hosting service. They state on their site that you will have 24/7 uptime. What I experienced was far far from it. And when asked what was to be done going forward to prevent the issue, I was basically told "oh well... it happens. Here, we'll give you an extra 14 days". Which to me is just 14 more days of crappy service. It seemed like there was zero care. As a one server subscriber I must not rank high enough on thier customer list to be a concern.

I highly recommend this company. They have awesome prices and some of the best customer support 24/7.

A few friends and I wanted to try out Rust and get ourselves a private server to play on. GameserverKings.com had the best price and really great FAQs and tutorials for First time server admins. The only problem I had was my account not setting up right at the beginning. This posed no problems for me as I always had full access to my server and its admin. functions as well as quick responses from CSRs. Overall 4.5 / 5 Stars. Would recommend to others and I plan to return later when they offer Conan servers as well.
