These guys are awesome! Highly recommend getting a server with these guys! Their prices, and customer server are on point!

The team is simply very good, they support at all times and resolve the issues very quickly

This Service is garbage the servers have low frame rate they crash a lot and they over sell space on their servers, when asked to fix problems they simply tell you its your plugins and that you need a smaller map. But the real problem is their very very bad service. Don't buy their service go some where else if you want better customer support and better system to run your server.

Reply time was super fast really helpful and over all a really nice person what more could I say 5/5 all day everyday!

They did a terrific job I had an amazing time with my friends running this server I had no issues with setting it up and taking it down I want to say thank you to game server kings for providing a wonderful server company

Game Server Kings had really good support for what I needed help with. They always got back to me in a timely manner, and was always very knowledgeable when it came to technical questions.

Once I got things sorted it was so easy to update/manage things, I used the server to have fun with my buddys and would definitely re-subscribe when we want a private server again (very good connection and ping as well).

This was a really fun experience. All my friends enjoyed the vanilla experience as all 12 of us tried to see who could control the server. Really good experience for people that want to have a server with there friends!

However, I have had quite a few problems from their servers not being the BEST in regards to stability. I understand this is common in servers but that's okay. As their close-player support is one of a kind.

Would happily recommend them to anyone. Just make sure you know that their servers AREN'T PERFECT but everything else is.

Really fast setup, enjoyed the service while I used it, my friends really loved the server!

Customer for around 2 months now, and all i can say is that GSK has a good uptime/connection and best of all the service.
With 10k of customers it take a bit longer maybe sometimes in the weekends for response that's cause the job they have it ain't easy.
Over the month i got in contact with Dristen, Chris, Jordan and Choi also Jin if i'm right sorta helped me with a ticket.
They thank me for my patience, but i would like to thank them for there patience!
Of course its your job to help others in the best way you can. Not every person got that talent and i can say that as a customer service worker myself.
The chat is great good response and good help, of each convo you have you get a log in email.
I think so far i took already like an hour of there time with issues that was just technical and nothing to do about it.

Want to do a special thanks for Choi.
For some weird reasons i had a double server one with 60 one with 80 slots the help you gave me was amazing same counts for the help you gave me this Friday.
Transfer from USA to UK didn't went as i was planned, when i contacted Choi on chat she took the time to re-check the ticket and transfer the server again.
The ping i had from USA 155+ wasn't causing any lag so for the other Europeans just order check the site and when you want to transfer send in a ticket when there spots free.

GamesServerKings may be the best server hosting for rust IMO. The customer service is amazing and its very easy to set up it usually takes 15-30 minutes to figure everything out and if you need help they respond fast!
