Same as you guys, paid £169.99, received confirmation email, phone just goes to answering service and emails aren't answered. I will have to contact the bank to see if they can get my money back.
Guess who will be visiting Trustpilot before buying anything from a google ad again.

Wish I had taken the time to look this company up before placing my order. They were at the top of the google search with an AD tag, which would usually imply a trustworthy company.....clearly not the case. I ordered an Xbox One S £169.99, they very promptly sent me a confirmation and a receipt but haven't responded to any mails. Have just spoken to my bank and I'm hoping to get my money refunded.

DO NOT GO ON THIS WEBSITE AT ALL. We recently brought a PS4 since my previous one had broken; and we decided to buy one off of this website because of the cheap prices. Oh what a mistake. They scammed us basically. Sent an e-mail saying the order has been confirmed but never received anything. We phoned our bank to get a refund for it and when they searched up the website it came back as a fitness gym and a restaurant website NOT a gaming website. Their social medias do not work and their contact information cannot be reached. Don't be fooled like i was DO NOT buy off of this website.

Sadly I have joined the club. Ordered Xbox X for 329.99 got my receipt and that about all I got from them. Opened transaction dispute with bank to get money back, going to Police to report them...

i too have been had out of £170 for the Xbox 😩 wish i had checked the site out before hand. complete scam!! scum of the earth. one very upset and confused 6 year old boy!!

Ordered the Xbox one x for my daughters birthday. Received confirmation email but since then have heard nothing. Emails go unanswered as does the telephone. I wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering. This company are thieves. I can’t understand how they are still able to continue to steal people’s hard early money.

Disgusting that this website is still operating and hasn’t been shut down! Took my money within a day and then haven’t heard anything so found this and contacted my bank and was told I should be entitled to full refund

Scam do not order the XBox one S with 2 controllers doesn’t exist reported to trading standards January 2019.

Total con artists. I also ordered a x-box one S on 8 December which has never appeared. They don't answer any e-mails and their phone number is unavailable. I have to wait 30days to get my money back and have had to spend over £200 to get another one. This company needs to be stopped.

Ordered an xbox one s console and two controllers back in November. No delivery date just took my money. Never replied to any of my emails either and the phone line was 'broken.

Luckily I managed to get my money back from the credit card company after waiting for 30 days for a parcel I knew wouldn't arrive.

Reported to the police, action fraud online, Google and my own credit card fraud team. I can't believe they are still up and running!

I ordered an Xbox 1 s bundle on their website a bit before Christmas. They sent me an email saying "the item I ordered will come as soon as possible" followed by a receipt from the Christmas boutique. I already thought this was sketchy because they didn't give me a date. After a few days, I went online and found this website and knew I messed up. I have a debit card with Lloyds bank so I went there and they said I had to wait fifteen days before they could do anything. After fifteen days, I went to the bank again and I talked to the debit dispute team. They said they'd pay the money back into my account before midnight that day. They also said they would contact WeTheGamers and if they were able to get proof it had been sent, they'd take the money back out of the account but I doubt they will. Remember to bring the card you paid with, a printed version of the emails they sent and your account statement of after the took the money with you to the bank. I hope everyone that has been scammed by these horrible scumbags get their money back.

Bought something from her for my kids for Christmas. Ordered it over a month ago and haven’t received anything and no reply’s to my emails.

Bought a PlayStation off this website. Got a confirmation email and then nothing. Contacted them via email and also the website with no luck, the phone lines were 'under maintenance' so unable to contact them. Rang my bank and luckily got the money back, DO NOT buy from this site it is a scam

I so nearly bought an Xbox from this site but luckily my husband was suspicious and googled it in time. Please report them to actionfraud dot police dot co dot uk to get these scumbags off the internet. I really hope everyone gets their money back and gets their console elsewhere.

Looks like I have been caught by this aswell. Ordered an x box one x. Gotta confirmation e mail and also one from Christmas boutique. Waited and nothing arrived and never answered by emails and now have seen this so can safely say it won’t be arriving. I paid on visa debit , has anyone else been able to claim the money back?
