I PLACED ORDER ON 4/12/19 , PAYMENT TAKEN AND GUESS WHAT NOTHING.:(

LLOYDS SAY I MUST WAIT 15 DAYS BEFORE LOOKING AT IT. ON UNIVERSAL CREDIT NO MONEY NOW TIL JAN JUST HOPE IT GETS SORTED FOR THE KIDS SAKE :(:(

Exactly the same scam. Please beware.

Just like other poor sods on here I too have been scammed by these b*stards and am only reviewing so that others can be informed and not make the same mistake! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. They take your money and then dont bother to send the goods, don’t respond to emails or messages. Will be trying to get my money back and have had to order another Xbox so am currently out of pocket! Hey ho!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THEIVING SCAM WEBSITE. SCUM THAT ARE PREYING ON PARENTS ON BUDGETS.

wish i hadve read reviews before paying for an xbox one x, i blame myself for being stupid and not checking,, google is shocking that there are reviews and reports bout these type of companies and they don't remove them, thankfully i caught on quick enough to get my money from the bank and get another console, some people aren't that blessed so def buyer beware,, i really hope everyone is sorted for christmas and learn a very valuable lesson ,,like me!

Pure scam. But thank you I learnt lesson. Will check reviews before buying on new sites. And thank you google for checking the source.
By the way, my 5 and 7 years old kids are ecstatic about their Christmas presents Knowing they won’t have their Xbox.

Bad Bad people , Im a single parent who payed for a xbox x and I have been scammed, this is gameskey.co.uk

Google is as much to blame, if this company's ad wasn't at the top of the page then no one would buy from them.

It happens again and again, hippo electronics, speartec just to name a couple. They have the ad promoted on Google, people think "that must be a legitimate company" and get scammed.

It's unfortunate for new companies but if you have never heard of a retailer before then buy elsewhere, even if it is more expensive.

Absolutely shocked and heartbroken how we have all been scammed! Thanks google as well for the search engine to recommend this at the top of ur page! Only realised literally after the emails of confirmation and receipt came through with different addresses, has been reported to fraud alert.co.uk as well....one way or another I will get my money back and hope the other 50+ customers manage to as well, I feel for us all A’s imagine most of us ordered for our kids this year after scraping what we can just to get fxxxxx over before Xmas! I hope these scumbags get caught and brutally punished although unlikely! Good luck to everyone else please for the people about to decide to buy from these guys!! DONT! ITS A SCAM

Absolute scum of the earth. Took 199.99 from me on 29th November for a switch and not responding to emails/phone etc. Lloyd’s say same - wait 15 days before they will reimburse me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEFS!!! Why don’t the people doing this get a job and earn their money like the rest of us have to? Thanks to you my 6 year old won’t be receiving his switch at Christmas. Karma will get you though.

I can't believe I've been scammed by these people. I'm usually so vigilant. Been caught out as my son has worked so hard at school I thought I'd reward him with an Xbox one S for Christmas. Saw the deal for £169.99 with 2 controllers. I ordered and paid on 1.12.18, nothing, no response to any messages. Payment taken by someone called Christmas boutique. Natwest told me I have to wait 15 working days for the goods to "arrive" before they will do anything despite me telling them about all the bad reviews on here. So now my son won't be getting a nice surprise on Christmas morning. I'm absolutely gutted. I've reported it to Action Fraud but have no idea what they can do if anything. I just hope this website gets taken down.

I'm sorry for all before me. But I thank you all sincerely as your valuable reviews have save me £200 from my meagre funds. I hope you have saved hundreds of others from the same fate, who I hope, will also post their gratitude.

robbed blind. lucky I had put it on a credit card. or I would be in dispute for 330 pounds. how there web site is up and running still is a disgrace. hope they burn in hell.

SCAM SITE - DO NOT USE

All year I was saving for an xbox for my best friend who has profound disabilities and only lives in a virtual world. Real life is too much so I invested my money into your company only to find out you were a bunch of bandits. Told my best friend in sign language who gave you the finger. Told my husband head of fraud in the police who was very keen to nail you lot. I have now partial hair loss through stress so I need a hairpiece for starters. My best friend is now in a home as real life proved too much. I visit daily and we play draughts whilst she weeps. I hope you are proud of yourselves and that you all get ebola.

I bought an xbox one s plus two controllers bundle from Gameskey.co.uk on Nov 15th for £169.99- receipt from madagascartravelstore- nothing received as yet- have tried emailling/calling with no response. I believe this to be a SCAM! I am a hard working single mum and this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter- don't know what I am supposed to do now!

Games key.co.uk is a scamming company,bought a switch for 199.99 and payment went to christmasboutique.co.uk.Had no delivery date but I sent loads of emails and tried calling,no replies to emails and a voicemail number no reply.
Went into bank as payment is pending,I will get refunded from bank in 15 days,well 13 now.How can this company still be active online,why is it not shut down.The rip off scammers.
