Another great experience from ISN Garage Assist! I have been absolutely delighted with the Luxus DX35 Scissor lift I bought from them just over a year ago. Fast forward and I have made another purchase, this time a set of Low-Profile Ramps to compliment the Scissor Lift. Although the Scissor Lift is one of the lowest available, being floor mounted and using it for low cars, I thought a set of LP ramps would help. They are a revelation, to the point that thoughts of recessing the lift have been shelved. ISN don’t advertise ramps on their website, so I initially started looking what was available from other suppliers. There is no shortage of choice but none but they were all a compromise in terms of quality or size. I put pen to paper and sketched up what I wanted with a view to having them made. Before I got to that stage, I contacted Mark at ISN to see if he could offer any advice. To my surprise they do sell them and when he sent me the details, they matched my sketch exactly. Just like the purchase of the lift, the quality of the ramps are top notch and the service from ISN brilliant. The lift is designed wit the ramps in mind because they clip together and if necessary, can be bolted to the floor. And of course, the width of the ramps matches the lift. Although this review is a thank you to the guys at ISN, it is also to help anyone thinking about purchasing a Scissor lift but is not sure about floor mounted or recessed. My advice would be to seriously consider a lift with LP ramps. If you are looking for top quality products and a superb service I cannot recommend ISN Garage Assist highly enough.

Just had my scissor lift serviced by Krystian and as expected from this company the service was above expectaions.

These days it is a breath of fresh air to have someone who is friendly, happy, knowledgeable and prepared to ensure they do their best.

Had one of your engineers out to our garage to fix and service our air con machines.. think he just loves coming down for the free whocult coffee and donuts but hay who cares, less for me more for him I guess 🤷‍♂️😂

But fair play I can’t fault the lad, he’s always happy and full of energy, a wicked employee to have on your team… you should be happy to have him on your team… Dan your AWSOME buddy keep it up 👍

I bought a 4000kg Atlas 2 poster lift. Collected from there dept and installed myself. A couple of queries which Neal sorted out over the phon no problem.

Placed an order of class 4 MOT equipment was never sent any information about equipment to be supplied and I thought it's a big company will be good but a substand incomplete equipment was supplied which was installed end of Feb 2025 and now is monthly of April it is still not complete so that I can do not test but I was forced to signed off and Isn got the money but I can not do mot's to make money to to pay installments on asset purchase have tried to beat drums to deaf ears there was no one to help just kept me passing to different people to answer my queries now I have to pay my first installment and I am not able to use it because lift is not secure to use and this lift came with parts missing which are still not with them I would not recommend to any one please be aware of this company selling sub standard incomplete equipment and even there so called engineers had no information of this lift and no instructions came with the lift this installation started 26th Feb 2025 and still going on upto today April 2025 and I am still out of pocket because of this sub standard incomplete equipment supplied by ISN
Please stay away from them I have done two project before so never had problem with previous suppliers
I was a bit greedy because was offered 5 years service and calibrations which tempted me and I fall in the trap without realising why no one else was willing to offer the same

We have bought several machines over the years, and always found the sales and after service/advice to be excellent.

Been on a video call with Neil on 2 different occasions 1 he managed to talk me through a problem with my balancer and run all different tests then realised my balancer didn't work I then installed another balancer in my van phoned him out of hours on a Saturday and he then talked me through how to calibrate my other machine and now my business can keep running as normal thanks Neil much appreciated 👍

Neal resolved our issue with our wheel balancer over the phone. Gave clear and precise instructions and very knowledgeable. Will certainly call on their help again if we ever need it!

James fixed my very elderly parents ancient rolladoor very quickly. He came out the same day I called and even let me know exactly what time he'd be there. He also rang me back to let me know what was wrong. Amazingly he didnt charge us a cent for fixing it. Legend..... Thankyou
