From start to finish nothing was too much hassle. A fantastic Hormann door delivered without fault and before estimated time. Easy to fit, looks fantastic and seamless operation I should have done it years ago. GDO I would highly recommend, and often do!

Great doors
Ordering was easy, but I still wanted to check dimension, so gave a call, very helpful on the telephone and knowlegable.
Installation was straight forward, key fob entry took a bit longer as instructions were for all systems, another phone call and all sorted, very easy to deal with.

Thank you for your updated feedback, I have now managed to locate the email thread on this matter. We have call recordings between us and yourself with you clearly advising us that you did not set the limits when setting up the door and that then resulted in damage to the product which was down to your incorrect set up of the door, there was no fault with the door motor, we have this information on record. You grew aggressive on calls to our staff members and would not accept the fact you had caused the issue through not following the correct set up procedure. We went back and forth on many occasions with the manufacturer on the matter with the information you provided and they deemed the same conclusion. Hopefully this information will clear up the matter with anyone wishing to read your review :-)
Great garage doors
I had been looking for some time to replace my old timber garage doors with limited success until I came across the website of ‘Garagedoorsonline’ (GDOL) with its great selection of options, styles and colour. After a number of calls and email exchanges with representatives from GDOL I found just what I was after both in functionality and style. Perfect.
The doors were delivered exactly as was expected, to the day and time, with helpful emails, text messages and calls, again perfect service. I had them fitted by a local fitter who complimented on the quality of the doors and ease of installation after watching the helpful video’s. The result is great, I’m delighted.
The product is great, the service was exceptional and all those I dealt with at GDOL were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more.
Thanks to Keeley Warren, Kevin Carroll, Laura Rowley, and Carrol Franklin at GDOL for helping me finally replace my garage doors with exactly what I was after.
I would fully recommend the use of DGOL.

Thank you for your review. I can see you placed the order yourself on our website and the measuring guides on our website do note that the ordering size is equal to the Internal frame dimensions - whether you use an existing timber frame or purchase the steel factory fitted frame with the door. The door panels themselves are made smaller to allow for movement between the frame and some packing out is totally normal and not a flaw in the design of the product. Had you contacted us in advance of ordering we would of advised you of this. Irrespective, we hope the door gives you many years of service.
Broken promise…
Recently posted a five (5) review reference a customer service / engineer contact highlighting challenge to turn handle due to arthritis, they identified that longer handle will help and the engineer said he would send soonestI posted the review on the 19 December stating, “great customer service” the promise to deliver the longer handle was 17 of December two (2) days before I posted the comment ….still waiting for the handle that was promised, it’s now 2 January 2025, disappointing.

Thank you for your review, the matter was raised with the manufacturer just before they closed for Xmas break so they may have just not gotten the chance to carrier this to you, it has been chase with them today and you should receive the handle very soon.

No real problems, would use again
Ordered and paid for a door, and one was delivered in good order - so basically the service one would expect from any transaction. It did take quite a while, but this was pointed out from the start. The delivery driver, Gary, was excellent. There was an issue in that the emergency release was not included in the delivery, but GarageDoorsOnline quickly rectified this as soon as they were told about it, so full marks for that. I would buy from them again.
