very pleased with the doors fitted them my self hard to do on your own but they look very smart.

Doors where great looking product but unfortunately the spot welds that held the exterior panel to the frame work had all popped loose requiring a bonding repair and also the lock springs struggled to release when securing the lock in place

My builder said it is a good quality product and he finds it very easy to install. The dimensions are accurate and it fits perfectly. Delivered on time.

I Ordered a retractable "GDO" garage door with sub frame from this company in July. Order Reference 0000044638. Some weeks latter they delivered a door. I helped the driver unload this heavy door and we placed it by my house. They had delivered a canopy door indeed of a retractable door. I helped the driver reload this heavy door back onto the lorry.
A week latter they delivered the retractable door and I spend some time finding a local installation engineer. On the day of the installation it was found that two metal brackets, that were installed on the rear of the sub frame, were in such a position that it made that the door unusable. These brackets should guide the door flush with the sub frame as the door is closed. These brackets were mounted too far towards the center of the door. The position of these brackets were interfering with the retractable arms (Sometimes also referred to as pivot arms,) such that they could not be moved fully, making the door unusable.
The installation engineer had to remove there two brackets, drill additional holes in the metal sub-frame and reposition these brackets into the correct position. This is not something I could have done myself and it should not be necessary.
When the installing was compelled, I was also disappointed the see that the gap between door and the metal sub frame was inconsistent. The gap on the left hand side is about 4mm and the gap on the right had side is about 12mm. I understand that this "GDO" door was actually made by a company called Fort. I would suggest that their build quality is not fit for purpose. I would be happy to supply photos to GDO and/or Fort with a view to correct real quality control problems.

Great customer service,right from enquiry to delivery of my new garage doors.

Following delayed delivery a Incorrect build left our Hormann Sectional order then Incorrect for us, customer service didnt assist in anyway for restock or resize options. So I decided to use the doors as paneling when unboxed a few weeks late the finishing work on the doors is abysmal (very poor edging holes and finish with scratch).
No packaging damage as the abysmal finish is within the units edges and 100% was done during the manufacturing or packaging stage. Ir coukd not have been done in our secure garage and had never been touched prior to me opening it up- if I could put photos on here I would have but that would be so negative to the company but anyone getting the garage doors I WOULD LOOK AT THE CORNERS EDGES AND FINISHING OF THE METAL BETWEEN THE FRONT AND BACK SECTIONAL JOINS.Finally we were told there is no way of reducing the units at a cost effective way - just to buy new and try seel the doors onwards, which I believe is now impossible due to the absolute terrible finish - I would not dl that to another person.

Recently replaced our garage door at home. From start to finish the service was very helpful and easy. Jessica and Keeley were both really good with email and phone call replies and helped transform an old, falling apart garage door into something great!

A good price and a promt service

Delivery was good although your tracking system doesn’t work at all. It was lucky that my son arrived to help the driver minutes after the lorry. Very pleased with the door.

First the good, the garage door arrived with all the parts required for it to function and the instructions were clear after reading them twice to work out which instructions applied as it covered two ways of fitting.
Lots of warnings which were not necessary as the springs were not under tension when delivered.
The reason only 3 stars awarded was that the product arrived damaged. The delivery driver pointed the damage out to me while it was still on his lorry. He asked me if I was aware that it was damaged, I was not. Damage was consistant with being run into by a pallet truck or a light bump with a fork lift.
As it had taken so long to get it delivered I accepted it, hoping I could straighten the panel but it still shows. Also the door is a Garador but the handle supplied states Hörmann, not a big deal but this was obviously a reject handle as the writing on the disc cannot be rotated to be horizontal and does not seem possible to remove and re-position without breaking it. These points were not listed anywhere so 'delivered as described' was of no use.
Also delivery was indicated at £55 for most counties of the UK but Devon and Cornwall was POA. I was very surprised the delivery was £180 + VAT (£240 total)
I expected it to arrive quickly for that price, especially as the week it arrived garagedoors on line were offering free delivery. Still it is in now and working now.

Laura was very quick to answer our query and came back with a couple of solutions to the problem we had. Issue solved - very happy customers.
