Waiting a year to get credit on my insured phone

This so called phone organization is scam and so unprofessional.
I had a Samsung S23 Ultra at FNAC Espana (Spain)that was only 6 months old. Instead of getting my money back because they couldn't fix it, they replaced it with a so-called refurbished Grade A phone that hasn't worked for the past few months. The sound is bad and it keeps changing color. Right now, I want a full refund of what I paid for the original phone. I definitely don't want a replacement. I also don't want to wait 3 months for you to resolve this.
I wrote this review in December 2024 after contacting them several times .
I then kept trying to contacting them for another few months them through their different emails and constanly demanding resolution.
I never got a reply only emails asking me to repeat over and over again the issue.
I finally got an email saying this would be referred to the claim department and get back to me and I had to contact them again a month ago asking them again what was happening sending the attached correspondence. Finally they asked me to show photos of the front and the back of the phone which I did a week ago and then they sent a a DHl form to return the phone and I was told that they would send me a credit note. I wrapped the phone in bubble wrap and DHL put it in a bubble wrap envelope.
I just received an email They are claiming it was received broken and want me to start all over again with a new complaint. I told them that it was sent in perfect condition and if it was received broken it was DHL'S fault and to contact them. I also said it was under warrenty regardless!
They obviously don´t want to respect their contract
It is just a joke
