My opinion
Thank you so much. It was great to talk with you. But still I am a bit confused, because you said that the reason that I paid two times in the same month for the insurance was because the first month was not free for me. But when I bought the IPhone from the Fnac on 27th of January 2024, the person who sold me the iPhone was saying that the insurance is free for the first month.
So that’s why, still I am confused.

Misleading service
Misleading service. The sellers in store knowingly mislead you into taking on an insurance and instruct you to cancel after 30 days, however in order to not pay for a full year's service, you need to cancel within 30 days. They also mislead you into thinking you can do this simply by scanning a QR code, when you actually need to call customer service. On the phone, they pressure you time and time again to maintain the insurance plan after having repeatedly asked to cancel it. Poor and misleading customer service overall, it is clear that this is a scheme to extract further money from customers
