No problems with this supplier. Item was fairly priced with reasonable delivery charge. Hopefully will bring much pleasure for years to come.

We were having such massive problems with big birds like crows, doves and starlings ruining the feeding for the little ones, not only were we getting through huge amounts of seed but the mess and waste was making us think we would have to stop feeding them then I saw this Helix feeder....
It's fantastic, worth every penny. The little birds looked at it for a bit and took two days to get used to it, the blue tits were the quickest to work it out, now we are getting through much less seed and can enjoy watching them feed. Really pretty design in the garden, it looks great and is really strong and well made. Keeps the seed dry. Really can't praise it enough. Buy one! You won't be dissappointed .

You could not wish to deal with nicer caring people and I would use them again and recommend to anybody.

They are a family run business with high customer care but could probably do with sprucing up their systems, coordinating stock and shipping. A direct connection to the carriers tracking system would be very helpful

I haven't received my goods yet, so I am not a happy bunny!!

The whole process was very easy, from ordering to receipt of the item (Woodland Wilf fishing) within a few days. Would certainly use again.

The clock is really nice, just what I wanted. Arrived very quickly and it was that well packed, it took me ages to get into it.

Only thing that let them down was no contact from order confirmation email. Next thing was an email saying expect delivery tomorrow. But three days nearly hearing nothing. But given the excellent price and pretty quick delivery, item was spot on so whats to complain about really. Thanx!!

The wheelbarrow arrived in good time but it is impossible to put it together as the tubular chassis and handle arms are not shaped correctly. Therefore the bolt holes do not line up. I have therefore requested a replacement. I therefore reserve judgement to see if the replacement is any better.

Still waiting to receive this item - no notification that it has even been despatched!

I was using this supplier for the first time, after an Internet search for specific products, and got a great price package The delivery service was very efficient...

I purchased 2 blueberry bushes from these people the did not tell me they was out of stock timewaster full stop

It was delivered in good time and well before the end of the 3-5 days noted on the order form
I purchased my product as a gift to my father but will definately purchase some items for my own garden in the near future after browsing the catalogue of products available.

Ten days after placing my order I had to phone Garden Best Buys to ask why we had not heard from them since their confirmation of order. They said they had only received the goods in stock that day and they would send it out later that day (Friday 21st June) to be delivered by Yodal the following day. It did not arrive and we waited in all day Saturday and Monday with no delivery forthcoming. We had to phone Garden Best Buys to get a tracking number to find out what was happening to our trough. It eventually was delivered Tuesday lunch time.
We should have been informed they did not have our order in stock and at least informed us when it had been dispatched with a tracking number.

I purchased 2 items from GBB and all was great..... then the delivery problems started. No advice from GBB when the parcels would be delievered, so when City Linked tried to deliver them on 20/6/14 its no surprise I was out. So I used City Link systems to get them re delivered and I stayed in all day ...no show by CL. I called their customer services (very well handled call) and they tell me I have the wrong consignment number (which was provided on a CL 'sorry we missed you card') and the parcels are still in the warehouse ...and did I know I missed another deliever on 19/6/14 ... No I did not because GBB did not tell me they were coming. I don't have time to arrange another deliver so now have to drive to the CL depot to pick up my parcels ....just before I leave I check web site and find my parcels are on their way to me...they arrived OK so no need to drive to depot.
Why did GBB not advise me when the delivers would be made? Why did CL advise wrong consignment number? Plenty of room for improvement from both companies

very good servive re ordering and delivering although postage seemed expensive. However picture of product led me to believe i ordered bird feeder plus squirrel guard. what was delivered was the feeder only which i could have purchased elsewhere at a cheaper price.

after shopping around and visiting 10 garden centers in devon i was unable to buy a matching planter to the one i purchased last year. speaking to the centers they were unwilling to buy in one planter. how relieved was i to find garden best buys. not only could they supply one it arrived in two days. many thanks garden best buys.

Had to email them after nearly two weeks of ordering to be told that it had been lost by the carrier. Prompt refund.
