Not a very speedy delivery ! But then I'm used to the speediness of Amazon so maybe I'm being a bit unfair !!

I live in New Zealand and ordered a neat clock from Garden Best Buys- 2 months later I emailed them saying, "Hey what's up, should my order be taking this long?" They replied saying I'd been sent an email explaning that they don't ship overseas and I'd been refunded. Absolutely NOT the case. Told them so, and they're now not even answering my emails. Pretty peeved off as the clock was meant to be a gift + I'm a broke student so it's not like I won't miss the money.

Could not find where to purchase some greenhouse shading and this easy to apply product works great ! it was delivery very quickly and works well

After 12 days of waiting for delivery I had to contact the firm. Not only had the items not been dispatched but they were not even in stock and they didn't know when new stock would arrive. No notification or update on my order. They did however repay my Paypal account promptly.

Arrived quickly - well packaged. Couldnt ask for more

Ordered a pro hozelock sprinkler over two weeks ago and nothing arrived. I had to chase them up twice by email and then had to call to find out what had happened. "out of stock"! why did it let me order and process my payment? will not be using them again.

I placed an order at the time of me ordering my items were in stock, The reason I was a little disapointed is I was not contacted about any delay with my order. when I telephoned to check on my order was when I was informed the item's was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund.
I took the refund as I wanted the Item's quickly, and the refund was issued that day, also the lady I spoke to was helpful and very polite.

I ordered a Gothic Garden Arch to replace ours which had collapsed and the new one from Garden Best Buys arrived very quickly and was cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked.
