Garden Best Buys  

I got what I ordered - a Parasene garden riddle - but it is damaged and it's not something I think I could fix. As I wanted to give the item as a birthday present it needed to be in perfect condition. I asked if I could return it. Two days later I still haven't heard back from GardenBestBuys. So I don't know if I can return it or not. I don't know if I'll get a refund or not. And I am stuck with a defective item. All round, I am not happy at all with this experience, particularly the complete silence from GardenBestBuys. I'm not going to shop there again, obviously.

I ordered a Red Majestic corkscrew Hazel and I was worried about what condition this delicate shrub would end up following delivery by courier. I needn't have worried as it was delivered in perfect condition and was a great specimen. Will defiantly shop here again

Did not receive item ordered after one week. When queried I was advised product not available but not told this. Absolute waste of time and too late to order from another supplier as item was a gift

Purchased a Weed Wand, Web site easy to use, fast delivery and definitely would recommend them.

We bought a garden arbour which was cheaper than all the other companies advertising on the Internet. Garden best buys phoned to arrange delivery on a day that suited me. I was very pleased with the price and the service I would recommend them.

Goods arrived quickly and were as described, the only minus point was the packaging which consisted of a square foot of bubble wrap in the cardboard box. This is only a slight niggle. Good price and quick dispatch. Would use again.

I bought a bird feeding station and judging by the number of birds using it it's a success. Excellent service and a quality product at a very reasonable price too! Why buY anywhere else?

Delivery took ages, too late for what I intended it for. When I tried to return it, there was no return information to be found anywhere. When I used the email address on the details, it bounced back. After a few attempts I got an answer.
The return would have cost me £8 per royal mail, not worth it.
In the end I have kept and used it, but sadly it doesn't work well on a low water pressure which we suffer from, it just stops turning.
Not happy at all.

I waited in all week for this order, so was amazed that the tracking information said that delivery was attempted on the 28th August 20:21 and a card was left. As I was at home, never saw or heard a delivery van, or received a card, in my opinion this was a false statement. I can’t begin to imagine where the “card” was left. Having contacted Garden Best Buys on the 30th August, their suggestion was to have the parcel returned to them for a refund. As there communications were somewhat abrupt with no mention of an apology, I agreed to the return from the Yodel depot. However, the parcel was delivered on the next day (Sunday). I am pleased with my order, but not with the Yodel delivery company. Unlikely I will place future orders.

Everything was fine with my order and I received an email confirming a time slot for delivery. The time slot came and went and then out if the blue I got an email from PayPal saying I had been refunded the full amount. I later got an email saying they didn't have the product to send to me. Terrible customer experience.

Fantastic good quality garden items at a very fair price. The frog is just the cutest and the heron is stood proudly in my garden - hopefully doing his job of scaring the real thing away.

We received the arbor after a short delay in shipping, it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. It is and looks very well made and I'm sure it will be greatly enjoyed.

The company accepted my order. It was only when I contacted them to ask when I was likely to receive it, did they say that it was unavailable & unlikely to be available.

This was the first time I had ordered from the company and I cannot fault them for speed, price or service. The next time I am looking for something I will definitely go to their website with a view to purchasing from them again. Lovely to come across a company which provides such a good service.
