Goods not even received yet!!!

I ordered raised beds and their cloches on 13th August, and I still haven't received the goods. I phoned customer services to find that they had 3 of the items and were waiting delivery on the 4th. They never contacted me to say that there was a short, which I could have accepted, and I find that unacceptable having taken my money

I always buy this product every year from Garden Best Buys.

Came in reasonable time, I was not disappointed with the size of plant as I often am when I buy on line, good strong box and the plant well tied in.

It took a phone call from myself after a week of ordering, only to be told the item I had ordered was out of stock.

Item advertised as in stock, so ordered, but received an email saying it was not in stock and would not be available in the foreseeable future.

Received vey quick AFK mushroom planter matches my arbour perfectly. Come ready made so just lifted out of packaging to put my baby olive trees in. Look wonderful.

I am very pleased with the paddington station clock. I am also very impressed with the speed with which Garden Best Buys dispatched and delivered it.

Value for money, as description. Well packed and prompt service. Would use again.

I think Garden Best Buys were cheaper than other companies for my Parasene gas cartridges and will look for more bargains on their site.

I ordered a wheelbarrow which took over a week to arrive and when you asked for a review, I'm thinking - Where's my barrow!
Barrow arrived now and very good but not impressed with service.

We love our heater. When sitting out in the pouring rain we were in our gazebo feeling the warm glow.

Not very happy with delivery times will wait a little longer and then ask for refund.

Can't say how the swing is , Haven't been able to put it together without instructions.

Ordered 27th July, arrived 13th August, after two problems with delivery suppliers written in email, after requesting twice progress.

Product does what is said on the label (solitary bee hive), and cheapest for item on web.

I ordered a water feature. (No. 23337). My order was acknowledged, and the amount withdrawn from my bank account, via PAYPAL.

Several days later I was informed that the item was not available, and that a refund was arranged.

Not only disappointed, but irritated that my account was charged BEFORE you had checked the availability of the item. You should not take any action in that regard until the item had been despatched. It is very inconvenient to have to pay VISA for something that has not arrived, and wait until the following month to have it corrected.
