The quality and prices of goods are good.Customer services leave much to be desired and some serious training is necessary.I have placed orders twice only to be told ,after a weeks wait , that the product was out of stock or the product had come in that day!! Conformation of my order was emailed initially.Why not keep customers informed of their orders progress; we've paid for the goods.The excuses for slow or non delivery given are unacceptable.I have found goods that could not be supplied ,with another garden company, at more competitive prices and cheaper delivery.

Ordered the Gardman Versailles clock for my Mum. It was delivered quickly, well packed and is a stunning piece. Would definately recommend it

We had bought this make of feeder from a garden centre and had paid £30. We were so pleased with the design that we wanted to get another one. We thought this was the smaller version due to the much lower price but was delighted that it was exactly the same for nearly half the price. Great service and very fast delivery. Would definitely recommend. The birds love it and the squirrels hate it!!!

My order hadn't been delivered by the courier, when I sent an email to Garden best buy on this matter I had a very swift call from them to follow up. they were understanding to my situation and sorted the matter straight away.

Having seen an arbour in a local garden centre when we went back it was sold out and wouldn't be ordered again until next year, went online and found it...for £70 less...so purchased it and was delivered in 3 days. Customer service was friendly and helpful...no issues, would happily recommend.

Smooth transaction, very good price for item

I have now bought several squirrel proof bird feeders and they seem to work. I am not filling the feeders so often which must be saving some money! Last one, nice shade of pale green. Hope birds are as excited as I am.

Was looking for an item online and found Garden Best Buys. Their price was certainly competitive and so I thought I'd give them a try.
Easy to use website, payment very simple and secure and although they item I ordered had to be backordered it still arrived within a week.
Since then I have found several other products that I am interested in, and I will certainly be ordering in the near future!

I am amazed at the number of slugs we've caught in the slug-ex traps. After about a week of intensive use, the numbers are dropping, thank goodness. At last we have a method of slug control that is working.

Reasonable price and fast delivery, my only comment is that postage was a bit pricey but then the item was an unwieldy shape.
