I purchased replacement Ruby 500w lamps for my patio heater. Locally I was quoted a price for one and I purchased four from Best Buys including postage for less money. Can't beat that. I will shop here again.

"Ships in 2-3 days" This is day 9. What are they doing, walking it round? No wonder it said free delivery. There is no delivery. I hope to be pleasantly surprised but I fear I will become more disappointed and annoyed with them. Should they ever make contact. Or deliver.

My old seed feeder needed replacing and there was still a label with the name "Nuttery" on it. I looked this up on Google and went straight to the web site. I ordered a replacement and it arrived within two days.

Ordered topiary balls…one week later received an email to say they have cancelled the order as they won't be receiving them for another week! Here's the refund!!!
Really should not have let me order them if this was the case!

I like the clock and it looks good on my patio wall. Just a little disappointed it isn't the same colour in reality as it appears on the site. Looks bronze on site (to my eyes) and is more pewter in reality. Overall still good value for money and nice to look at.

I bought Woodland Wilf gets a hole in one for my brother and his fiances house warming gift. They had previously bought myself and my husband an antique looking emperor penguin as a joke present so we had to do something similar, however they have fallen in love with the garden gnome! Great quality and price and speedy delivery. A great gift!

I was so pleased to find the exact garden mirrors that I wanted, so I ordered 4 on-line & paid via paypal, however 6 days later I received an email saying the mirrors had not arrived on the lorry & were now no longer available!...very frustrating as I had been bidding on eBay for similar items which I then stopped on finding these mirrors on the site! .....so I'm less than satisfied & impressed; why advertise these items if they are not definitely available.....a total waste of my time!!

The bird feeder is well made from high quality materials. The small birds can feed easily. It is easily opened for refilling and for cleaning. It has to be good to defeat the local SAS trained squirrels!

Product offered at the lowest price I could find :) Delivery took over a week which is slower than I'd expect, but fortunately we weren't in a hurry for it. A week after receiving the order confirmation email, I emailed the company asking when I would receive the product. I got a reply next day saying it had been shipped the day before (presumably, when they got my email!) and it arrived the next day.

The plants are in really good condition, big strong healthy plants. Well packaged and here within a couple of days of ordering. I would recommend this company to anyone

Recently bought a present for my dad's birthday as he loves gardening and was very excited for him to receive it although his present never arrived. As the parcel was being sent to Ireland I waited a week for it to be delivered and when there was no sign of the parcel I contacted Garden Best Buys by telephone. I was informed by a very rude member of staff who kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak that she wasn't sure where the parcel was and that she would ring me back. She never did. I rang again the next day and the next day and was being kept told that they would ring me back and they never did. I was furious by the way in which I was being treated by the staff and finally by Day 3 of ringing they finally admitted that they had LOST my parcel and that there was nothing they could do. I explained over the telephone how disappointed I was with the service and asked for a full refund. That was over two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have rang numerous times to speak with a manager who has never rang me back therefore I am taking this matter further. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE SERVICE, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

It took me 13 days to get it, but finally arrived today, and the little bit of assembly required, passed without me swearing at it.
I finished up with a piece not listed, but after finishing, got it working without it, but i did remember afterwards that it fit in the middle of the reel, hope the gods will allow it to work with out it.
Not the cheapest, but it suits my needs.

placed an order for2 garden mirrors,waited 10 days and heared nothing.contacted the firm only to be told they were out of stock and no delivery is expected.Ithen informed them to cancelled the order and that was that...Until 3 days later when i received an Email saying the order had been sent.Luckily I still want them but 99% of the time Iwould have bought another similar item straight away on line,it was only the fact that I have been caught up with work that I havent.It would have been a pain if I had ,instead of common sense asking me if I still wanted them they just took payment which again could have caused more problems if I had already spent that money!
