Timer was missing out of the package and reflector was bent!

Brilliant service

Service was elegant

Service was elegant. Received my goods very promptly. Unfortunately the tent is not great quality. Made in China and lets light in and out through zip linings and vent holes

They didn't have the item in I ordered…

They didn't have the item in I ordered but they took the money, I was offered a replacement which came quickly but had some parts missing but they also were sent quickly. The staff were very helpful and polite. The courier service was awful the parcel came extremely damage and I witnessed him throwing the parcel on the floor, he didn't seem bothered and said it should of said fragile on the parcel if there was anything breakable!! Get rid of this service!.
