Bought a maze rattan corner sofa Table etc .
They promised 7-14 day’s even in the current climate ... & delivered on time .
After a few hiccups with the delivery firm
( only to be expected at this current time ) my sales advisor went above & beyond to make sure we received our products, emailing out of hours , just to keep me informed. Fair play an asset to the company.
The product is excellent quality & will be used a lot .
As a small business owner totally understand the nightmare with logistics at the present time , but the firm went out of there way to rectify the transport issue , which in theory isn’t there problem.
This service goes along way with me .

I am very happy with my furniture, it's sturdy and with a very practical design. Slight mix up between billing and shipping address, however the support team were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. After that, delivery was prompt and without issue

Ordered a rattan dining set and cover in April for delivery in June. It is now August and I have still not received the furniture. Customer services give excuse after excuse about where the products are and why you haven't received them.

Update: after posting a negative review I was contacted again by the company and have now received a full refund for my items.

I cannot recommend Garden Furniture House enough!  

It was actually a pleasure to deal with this company, their customer service was second to none, their information was always spot on and the communication was incredible. The standard of customer care from every member of staff I had the pleasure of dealing was exceptional!

I have been looking for a luxury garden day bed for the guts of a year, I had actually even ordered one from another company, who eventually due to Brexit let me down, following that I contacted almost 15 other companies who were based in UK (because these types of Day Beds are literally non-existent in Ireland) after contacting all these other companies, not one of them could supply to Ireland ….I had just about given up when I came across Garden Furniture House. I contacted them via their chat function, and was told that yes of course they could supply to Ireland! It was almost too good to be true, they were incredibly helpful, provided me with a reasonable quote for delivery charge I placed my pre-order there and then! 

During the time I was waiting for my pre-order I checked in with the company via chat / email a few times (okay maybe a little more than a few times…. I was so nervous after other companies letting me down that this was too good to be true) no matter how many times I messaged, I got a swift informative reply, I never had any issues with contacting them, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had every single time I contacted, always trying their best to find out the information and revert to me if they did not have the answer to hand. 

I was dreading how the VAT / Import charges would work and if it would delay the order, but the staff were so informative, advising me of each step and how to proceed next. From the very beginning through to the delivery of my day bed and even follow up since the whole transaction has just gone so smoothly. I highly recommend this company, they provide very impressive customer service from start to finish!

I ordered a garden table on 3rd August with advertised delivery of 10-20 days. I was then notified it would in fact be much delayed to up to 10 weeks. I emailed my huge disappointment as obviously I wanted to use it this summer.
To my delight only 2 days later I received the table! I was very impressed with this prompt caring service.
