The customer service of this company is excellent. When you ring them you get straight through to someone that understands your needs and tries to correct any problems straight away. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again.
Wish I could say the same for UPS that delivered my goods - they are useless!!!

Poor, poor service
I ordered a Gas Grill Smoke Box on April 28th, it was supposed to be delivered in days, I had to chase them when after a week nothing, which was when they said they had problems with sourcing and it would be a few weeks. It is now six weeks later, and yet again I have had to chase them and I am still waiting for delivery.
Really poor service in terms of delivery and really poor that they weren't proactive in telling me they had issues. Disappointed and won't be using or recommending.
