I ordered some nematodes on Wednesday (24th April) afternoon, they were delivered Friday (26th April) morning. They were very well packaged. I'm very happy with the company and my purchase and would recommend them based on this. Very impressed at the quick dispatch and delivery time, absolutely no issues and I will be using this company again.

Absolutely brilliant, super polite and super helpful team. Highly recommended.

Sneak-a-Peek Clear Bird Feeder - SKU: SAPF

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. We were traveling in January so I did not hang it until the end of the month. The birds sometimes love it, but mostly avoid it for another, standard style feeder hanging off of the fence 10 metres away.

When I went to fill it the other day, I saw the seed going out the back. A closer look and the corner seem of the feeder had split and there was now a gap. It had been on the window maybe 4 weeks.

What a complete disappointment. I bought her another one from another company. We will see how that goes.

Usuful advice given about installing a greenhouse autovent, then when it failed after a few months, a replacement was sent immediately. Great service indeed!

I have ordered Nematodes from this company through Amazon, which were delivered specifically by their supplier in order to get them here quickly and still alive under the correct conditions.

Having had such a good experience I've gone back and ordered hoops for some winter gardening in my raised beds. I'm incredibly impressed. They're sturdy, easy to assemble, and all the parts seem to be there.

I've dipped in a third time to get myself some ladybird larvae for a tree that is inundated with tree aphids. I feel confident that I will get a great product delivered by a trusted courier yet again.

I'll be going back to them for my gardening needs whenever possible.

Excellent products to help me grow organically at my allotment and keep out the pesky veg eaters. Needed some help with an order and Tim was that amazing at sorting my issue that I wanted to leave him a review.

I had an email, on May 2nd, warning of a data breach between 9-21 April, ie over 10 days earlier. Pity they took so long to warn me, I had received an aggressive upsetting scam call a few days earlier. Had I been pre-warned and on my guard, I could have cut the connection immediately and not been subjected to several minutes of haranguing and upset while I tried to make sense of the call.
Gardening-naturally's response did not make me feel valued ..
I will not be using them again.

I have dealt with Gardening-Naturally in the past and have always had great service from them. This time I ordered Nemaslug and as in the past I received in an exceptional timescale. Well packaged with clear instructions. No need to make contact with seller. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend them.

Ordered Strulch from this company and it didn't turn up when expected so I contacted them. They checked and found that it had simply gone missing in transit so they immediately dispatched some more at no extra charge and it was received a couple of days later. Wouldn't it be nice if all companies had the ethics and customer service of this one.

Their products which I bought, cage frames and cover got very bad quality ,they are not worth of this amount I paid.

I was happy with all but one item in my order - the bird bath. Depicted in the catalogue as grey, when it arrived it was yellow. This item was for a gift so I knew I couldn’t put up with the colour. Being a bird bath the item was heavy and so I asked if they would pay the postage to return it. I sent photos but they disagreed with my opinion and refused to pay postage. I feel that this item was faulty and not to the required standard. I am very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

We have had a terrible experience with Gardening Naturally. We bought a composting tumbler on their Amazon store and they sent the wrong item… I won’t go into more detail or you’ll be here all day. Basically they made a big mess of the orders and we’re still waiting to be refunded. Everything gets blamed on Amazon. Take some responsibility, if Amazon are causing issues for your business then do something about it. BTW the product itself is great, shame I had to purchase it from another company.

I left a bad review as I was unable to contact the company. They replied to my review very quickly. Since then I have been able to contact them and ordered a walk in frame and netting. The product arrived on time and I have assembled it without a problem. I have changed my review to 4 stars, one less because of my first experience.

Some weeks back I received an order for some hoops and veggie mesh to protect our salad crops from the ravages of birds, butterflies and squirrels and rabbits. I found the clips to hold the mesh onto the hoops easily damaged the mesh even with great care and after a few days of removing them it would be no longer insect proof. I reported this to GN and after a couple of clarification emails they promptly replaced the damaged mesh.

I am very grateful for their great service. They are obviously a company of whom you can expect the highest degree of service.

My hoop give me a 5 metre length by 1.2 metres wide having some rubber faced clips (the sort stall holders use on their stalls, these are rubber faced and so damage will be much less likely.

I will not hesitate to order from them in the future with total confidence.

Order was received very quickly but unfortunately one item was missing. I contacted them by email which was responded to immediately and replacement item was received the following day. Very happy with my purchase of seed trays and lids and very happy with the customer service from Lou.

I am very pleased with the service provided. I ordered 3 items on Thursday and all arrived through Royal Mail today in good condition. I would recommend this company.
