Very happy with the order. Fast delivery. I got what I wanted. The plants were moist. Well recommended.

I was missing three plants from my order, I was only told they were out of stock when I advised them ( no communication or refund from them ). I am still chasing a refund three weeks later.

The plant i received was half dead i would be ashamed
to even give it away for free let alone sell it for money
i would not recommend

This company charged me £24.99 for the delivery for 2 small plants after I was led to believe it would be £5.99 by the initial screen because my postcode was considered to be "Highland." I have tried to deal with them in emails but they were not at all helpful and I could feel them smirking. Avoid this site!

Couldnt be happier with the plants I ordered. I ordered on Friday and they were delivered the following Wednesday morning, well packaged they were moist and healthy and a fantastic price. Im thrilled and will 100% be ordering again.

Over £50 worth of plants received in very poor condition, tried to save them and nothing worked they are dead. Tried to work with them and the cheeky staff tried to say £5.75 refund was acceptable.

Very disappointed. Plants arrived in very bad condition and are more dead than alive. I had contacted them, but got a very arrogant answer. I should still plant everything and wait one year to see what happens! Not to recommend. And it's not a local company, everything comes from a big company in the Netherlands.

PS : "Not attractive" is a little bit too nice for that what you should have seen on the pictures. They are dead, and will not be planted. I will not loose time waiting for something that will never arrive. Enough to already have lost the money. Please stop telling stories. It's a shame that you sell stuff like that. The good thing is, because of you people will now more and more buy locally, like me. I have nice hydrangea now. But not from your shop. And why did you change my name???

Both salvias were wilted with dead leaves and in extremely poor condition. They only offered me a 50% refund which was only £3.95 so it cost me £10 inc postage for 2 useless plants. Wouldn’t use again for sure.

We bought the multipack of bare root shrubs. The pack contained 12 shrubs. All the shrubs are doing fantastic in varying types of soil (from sandy to clay).

Bought over £50 worth of plants. 5 wisterias, 1 of which was dead, 3 subpar and only 1 decent. All 20 lilly bulbs were mouldy. Contacted customer services on arrival for a refund or replacement and still no reply a month later.

Verbena bonariensis, Caryopteris x clandonensis Heavenly Blue, Cytisus yellow.

2 of the plants (Cytisus yellow and Verbena bonarisensis) arrived dead.

Do not waste your money. I will buy locally from now on. At least then you know what you are buying. Avoid.

Disappointed.
I bought 5 pots of armeria marítima .
2 of them were right size .
Other 2 were smaller and the last one even smaller, was really tinny .
It’s a big difference. I took pictures And I email them .
They told me wait and see how the plants grow , as the plants have 1 year grow guarantee.
I didn’t want nothing for free just received what I order .
I won’t buy again and won’t recommend.

I ordered 8 plants and they arrived within 5 days. 1 amazing condition, 2 ok, 4 salvageable and 1 just stalks. I re-potted the alive ones for a week and then planted in the garden. After a bit of TLC they are doing really well.

In terms of customer service I had a really positive experience. my address was incomplete so they requested more info, I got quick responses and it was sorted straight away. I sent photos of the dead plant, was sent an automated response, as requested I didn't email again and the refund has been processed and is in my account. It took a while but the communication was good and I was kept informed all the way along. I gave 4/5 not 5/5 as I just wish the plants had been in a bit better condition.

Plants arrived half dead and the email keeps bouncing back , dont touch them .

Order plants 9/6 posted 10/6 still not received 22/6. Still awaiting refund partial refund offered. Very poor could not recommend. Please be careful.

Ordered 4 plants which arrived in good time. 2 were fine and healthy , 1 was borderline but has recovered but one was dead just brown twigs. Planted it but very clear it was dead. Sent a request for a refund with photographs but following 2 reminders have had no response. Another bad experience with online suppliers only forced by Covid19.

I ordered £40 worth of plants that were very poor. Small, wilted and pale. I shall not buy from these people again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Hydrangea plant arrived in excellent condition very pleased will buy online again from this company

I bought a forsythia,camelia,and thornless blackberry among other items .delivered healthy and packaged well. The plants were leafy. some were small and some large depending on price point. All will give ample growth this growing season due to the fact that each pot was stuffed full of healthy roots .each plant had damp soil on arrival nothing was dry nothing dead .i am very happy and will order again. as i have had a far better experience with delivery and health of plants with gardens4you than other leading garden sites.
