I purchased an ornament and upon delivery I noticed there was a manufacturing fault, and notified the company immediately. It took 2 weeks to receive a response (only email and IM communication as there is no listed phone number) - this is because the company is about to shut down and there is limited admin resource. Despite indicating that a return is my preference, I have heard back nothing since (circa 10 days). Although I am sympathetic to the hardships of the owner, I can't help but feel like my refund request is being ignored in light of the impending closure. I don't recommend buying as you will be unable to uphold your consumer rights if the company is liquidated.

No communication. Have still not received order after 3 months.

Although the delivery lead time was quite long, I get the impression this chair was made to order. The build quality is great and the fabric just the right colour for what I was after and true to images online. Comes well packed and only legs to screw on (very easy to do). Very comfortable and a good size too - ideal for the guest bedroom.

The lamps are stunning & really finish off our room. Delivery was quick & well packaged. Would highly recommend!

Placed an order in January 2022. 6 months on I’m still waiting for it! Each time I’ve chased them to see where my order is I’ve been told “there’s a delay “. They have offered a refund but I’ve declined it on basis that the item will be “on stock soon”. So frustrating to be given misleading information and I have to chase them about the order. I think they’d happily keep my money and not send the item if I didn’t keep following up.

Lovely online shop. I've ordered twice from this website now and everything was fine. Sideboard arrived when it did. Ordered lamps last week and they arrived yesterday. Great simple experience and would definitely use again.

Placed an order for items marked as pre order for deliver in 7-21 days so I was expecting the latest 31st March, it’s mid May and had no correspondence from anyone. When I’ve reached out I have been informed there is a delay and would be contacted ‘asap’ and I’m still waiting for an update. Such bad customer service and also providing unrealistic delay times.

Ordered 2 bedside tables which for whatever reason DPD decided to delivery one at a time. I got in touch with Garland when only one arrived and Rachel was immediately on the case to sort out the delivery of the other one. Thank you Rachel. Tables are lovely, very stylish Elm wood with chrome, plus they were in the sale so every little saving helps

Spent over £1k on a dining table to be delivered with 7-21 days. Had zero updates on delivery despite being promised a couple of times and we are now passed the delivery time slot, with no explanations or any sort of ETA. Constantly have to chase and if they answer the email they just say they are chasing the courier. They never respond to the chat service. Very very disappointed with the Whole experience. Style over substance.
