I have used Garland street interiors a lot over the years for my home.There customer service has always been amazing I just can’t fault it,Even if your just buying accessories Iv always found them so helpful.
I would highly recommend this company,amazing customer service and beautiful furniture.I will be using them again in the future.

Love this website, I'm a returning customer and find something lovely every time. Always great communication and delivery times. Sideboard I ordered last time took the full 14 days to arrive but then again I am up in Aberdeen so I totally expect that. Can be so difficult get good products up here without paying the earth. I was kept informed at all times and am overall extremely happy with Garland Street Interiors.

Very happy with our Dining Chairs and Table. White glove service was a great addition and help us a great deal.

Ordered the most loveliest candle holder, candles and some cushions on Friday and received today. Beautifully packaged, couldn't be happier and will definitely be back

Ordered two items in February still have not received them , told they were dispatched last Thursday with a tracking number that is invalid. Now they are saying they can not find where the parcels are. The customer service is atrocious never get back to you when they say they will. Asked for a refund several times , they keep saying it’s on the way. The worst company I have ever dealt with.You lied when the item was dispatched and no refund was offered in your last email today or if I wanted to wait .when I ordered in February you told me there would be a delay and it would be here May 7th which I agreed to , it’s now 17th May and still nothing , today is the first time you have said only one item instead of two has been dispatched, but you have know idea where it is ! Once again if it cannot be resolved I would like a refund . It’s a shame you could not reply to me personally! Out right lie you have offered it once in February. I am saying now yes please I would like a refund , if you could arrange that 18th May that would be great.I have replied to all your emails , I ordered two items from you one (I don’t know which) you say was dispatched but you you don’t know where it is the other you have not mentioned,I have been more than patient because of the current situation we are all in ,I like to support small businesses, but I simply do not have the time to be chasing up your company as to the whereabouts of my order, I would now like a refund and hope this can be resolved as quick as possible.

Cannot rate Garland Street Interiors enough, Rachel has always been extremely helpful. We have brought a few items from here now and cannot fault the service that we have received.

3rd purchase from Garland Street, absolutely love this shop and their Instagram account. So inspirational. I’ve had one delivery that was ever so slightly delayed and during this awful pandemic, it’s understandable, but I was kept informed along the way. Will definitely be back. Just sorry it took so long to pop a review up! 🙈

I have purchased numerous items over the years from this company while undertaking my house renovation. Their product knowledge and advice is second to none. With a large variety of items on offer and great promotions I always struggle, as I want everything !!!! Can’t wait to start my next room, I’ll be purchasing again very soon.

Still waiting to receive item ordered on 01/09/20, and despite numerous attempts to contact this company by different means for an update, to date no response received - not even an acknowledgement or a "sorry for the delay but..." reply. Terrible customer service. I paid £179 to this company and almost a month later still nothing to show for it. Avoid.

Still waiting my deliver which I ordered on 27th May... I have been in touch via Instagram and was told this would be sent out on a overnight carrier...well that was Monday and I’m still waiting. I am now just gonna ask for a refund as this is terrible service

I ordered 6 dining chairs. Very friendly, helpful and professional service. I explained what I wanted and Rachel went out of her way to find something that suited my requirements. I was told courier would contact me, which they did. Chairs arrived and are absolutely perfect! Will 100% use Garland Street Interiors for all my future purchases.
