My experience with GH's customer service representative during an exchange was pleasant and satisfying. She was knowledgeable of the inventory and willing to access additional information to serve me better. Overall I had a very good experience.

The dress will be warm and cozy - just needed to shorten slightly - will go with boots or dress shoes Love it!!!!

When I placed my order for pajamas, somehow the wrong pattern was selected, and I didn't notice until one minute after I placed the order. Unfortunately, it was 7:00 p.m. so I was not able to reach customer service and the order was packed overnight and mailed out. I ordered the correct pj's, and the rep helped me the next morning to plan the return of the first pj's. Everyone was super helpful and I got my refund in a timely way.

Also, the pj's are very nice quality with beautiful fabric and well constructed. The only thing missing is pockets in the pj pants.

This was a gift to me from my husband while I was suffering from broken ribs and vertebrae. It arrived quickly and feels delightful.
problem is it matches nothing in our home, but its such a sweet gift that I don't feel I can exchange it without hurting his feelings

I’ve ordered twice lately and both times I’ve been delighted with the offerings/options, the ease of ordering, prompt delivery and oh yes! I absolutely LOVE the organic cotton percale sheet sets! The golden bumblebees and the gray/black field of sheep - each set has made a wonderful addition to the decor of our guest bedroom! Soft right out of the dryer, great fit; both make ideal bed-making and sleeping. Winners for me!

Product is great lovely linen sheets and pillow cases. I chose the dusty pink. Packed well but delivery was a little slow and delivery communications not very helpful. As in none!
However love Garnet Hill selections and quality.

The coat I ordered was as described and the website was easy to navigate. The shipment came promptly.

Always receive quality items and in a timely manner. Prices are a little high so always shop the sales and have never been disappointed.

Shipping and ordering great. Return process smooth. I just wish I was not returning. Fabric beautiful, but I wear a size 2 and was huge, more like a size 6

Love Garnet Hill. I’ve never ordered a product that wasn’t exactly what I saw in the catalog and good quality.
Both rugs are beautiful and the bedding is top quality.
