Speedy service all round a good company who fitted our pump without delay

Gas team are by far the best gas company anyone could ever ask for!!! the service I received was extremely professional and the gas man did a fantastic job, could not have asked for more!!

I had Gasteam install my boiler in the summer. I am very pleased with the service. From start to finish has been a smooth operation.
I hightly recommend them.

Had another company who visited my house and came up with their diagnosis of the problem and price to sort it. Decided to to get another opinion from another company. Gasteam was prompt and sent in one of their engineers who came up with another diagnosis and more than half price compared with the other company. Decided to deal with Gasteam and BINGO.They did a very good job and won't hesitate to call them again if ever i had a problem. Problem sorted out thanks to Gasteam.

I emailed the company very late one night after a problem with my boiler. I received a reply within minutes and an appointment organised for the following day. They called 15 minutes before arriving which gave me time to get home from work. I needed a new pump which was ordered that afternoon and fitted the following day.
I was very impressed with the speed of the reply to the initial email and all communications afterwards. Having been let down by previous companies it was really reassuring to know they were there to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gasteam to anyone.

We have had our boiler changed from a normal one to a combo.
It took the team some time to work out the maze of pipe work already in the house, but they did so with confidence.
The whole job was done professionally & with minimum fuss/mess.
The two gas team engineers doing the job worked very well together, & the whole process was well organised.
Andrew (the boss) visited on both days to check all was ok- we found this quite reassuring - although the two doing the work were more than capable of doing the work unsupervised.
Would we recommend the Gas Team- Yes,
would we use them again- definitely.

Booking of the engineer for a boiler service was easy and convenient for the timescale required. The engineer was polite and informative. After service with invoice and providing copies of the works completed was both prompt and professional.

Excellent qualified friendly gas man. My residential property and all my rental property gas issues are dealt with Gasteam. Reasonable price too.

No doubts this is one of the best companies we had to deal with. From the first call I made to their head office until the work has been done. Special thanks to Anil Chambers, who did all the work: very friendly, polite, patient and professional. We needed two radiators and a bath sink to be installed. Anil has done the best: there were some issues in the bath but he sorted this out within 30minutes. There was also no rubbish left on site. We would definitely recommend this company to all.
