and then i found the missing part...
it was my fault, all together.
and they were very friendly about it, when i apologised. the misch wasserhahn is fully functioning and a beautyful extra in my hand built kitchen..

I ordered a fridge for a tradeshow. Gastrohero's prices were higher than everywhere else I saw this fridge listed, but unfortunately it was sold out everywhere else. When I ordered it, I asked for confirmation it would be delivered in time for an event. I checked in a few times to receive a tracking number, but they didn't provide one- just said the week I could expect it. That week came and went- I still have no idea where this delivery is and if it will come at all.
the following applies to electrical gear, e.g freezers: no exchange! It is therefore better to buy from your local specialist retailer. It seems that the customer service department has been instructed by the management to avert any complaints and, if this is not possible, to process them cost-neutrally. Too bad, because the products are not bad, therefore two stars
We ordered kitchens for three of our parks from Gastro-Hero, including two dishwashers that were touted as top quality. Unfortunately, these have already had to be repaired multiple times, always for the same issue. Of course, things like this can happen, but the way this situation has been handled is absolutely unacceptable.
The first repairs, which were still under warranty, already involved massive discussions. It took several weeks before the machine was repaired for the first time. The last time I tried to contact them by phone and explained that both machines were constantly breaking down due to the same issue and that I wanted to order better machines from them, I was hung up on twice. I was also promised callbacks twice, which I, of course, never received.
Yesterday, I ended up ordering three professional machines for almost €25,000 from another supplier. Thanks for nothing.
Additionally, we had booked an installation technician for the last dishwasher, which cost almost €300. Despite multiple calls to arrange an appointment, we were repeatedly told that they would get back to us. After what felt like ten calls and two months, we gave up. We also had to chase the refund for a long time.
The most stressful situation, however, was when we ordered the last kitchen. It was delivered to the location of the previous kitchen, even though we had given the new address several times. It took countless calls and a lot of nerves until the goods were finally at the right location. I don't even want to think about how many hours and nerves I wasted on the phone. The support is simply abysmal, and the employees are incredibly rude. The refrigerated counter we ordered also broke down shortly after the warranty expired.

I buy ice maker from them 3 months ago. I got icemaker not working at all, and broken plastic inside. I call them after first day and they said they will contact me by email and they will send new one or give money back. No one ever contact me regarding this, i call them 2 time per week and ist same story all the time, answer is someone will contact me. This was 3 months ago still did not recive any contact from them. This moment i am calling them again but no one is answering on the call just listen the music.
Ordered almost a month ago (21 May 24 it is now 19 June 24) and for some reason, a week after the order, the item that was in stock is currently not available, but conveniently, I can order a more expensive model instead, or just continue to wait for the next email telling me that the item is unavailable but I can choose a more expensive model. I find this site completely untrustworthy and would caution anyone from using them. I believe the good ratings are definitely not real. I am attempting to get my money reimbursed, but this is like pulling teeth. there is absolutely no way to communicate with anyone with any level of competence. Again, do not order from this "company"

We have bought in September 2022 a doughtmachine from GastroHero. It was delivered on December, with 2 months of delay. On their website is written that will be delivered in 4-7 days. But after the order is done and you have paid for it, they are telling that it will be delivered 1 month later... And this is with everything what you are ordering by them. The doughtmachine arrived damaged. The damage can not be seen until you unwrapped the machine. We have written to GastroHero about the defect and they said, that if you didn't make the picture of the box at the delivery moment, they can not do nothing!
We have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months... please consider never buying from these online criminals. They propose equipement that cant be delivered. we tried to order something in March had to cancel due to their inhuman delivery times and still waiting for the refund of a never delivered product...
And the joke continuous, “…we will contact you blablabla” still no refund nor contact…
after all the time, finaly a refund and apology, got offered a 200CHF gift card for all the trouble, trying to redeem to find out if you order for 200CHF you still have to pay a 100CHF. Thank you for nothing, greatly appreciated. for us, case closed and never again, keep the 200...

I ordered a dishwasher on September 18th.
After 15 days of waiting I canceled the order and bought from another website (a restaurant cannot work without a dishwasher).
After several attempts to get the refund, I was informed that they could not cancel the order and therefore did not return the amount paid, without giving further explanation.
In my opinion it looks like a scam.
Be careful not to buy from these people.
I would give this company(?) 0 stars if I could. I advise everyone to stay away from this so called business. The customer service is a joke! No one answers the phone. I made a mistake and ordered four baking pans insted of two. I tried calling customer service and there was nothing but music and a voice saying wait. After 40 minutes I gave up.
Today I received an E_Mail informing me that my order would be delayed and I noticed that the first order had not been cancelled as I requested.
Unfortunately I paid with my credit card.

I ordered a 3-door beer fridge from GastroHero on 29th June this year, tried to pay using my credit card, ultimately had to pay by bank transfer - I received confirmation of my order but no confirmation of my payment. Delivery was promised within 4-8 days. On 4th August I was told the delivery was going to be late. I called and managed to speak to someone who could speak English, who told me that delivery would be 22nd Sept. I was told that my fridge was held up due to the Evergreen ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal. Today (Aug 24th) I was ultimately advised that delivery will be held up until October, after I had had my phone call terminated by Gastro Hero staff three times. Awful service. I want my money back.
We bought a new fridge Model BBS130 from Gastro Hero, which was delivered to us late last year. But it was making lots of loud noises. The compressor seemed to be working overtime. We've never experienced this in any of our fridges before. So I reached out to GastroHeld on January 21st, gave details of our fridge and simply asked them if there was anything we could do to fix the loud compressor noise. I received a confirmation of my query, which said that they would get back to me "soonest". Nothing happened for a week. On January 29th, I sent them a reminder. Again nothing. On February 4th, I sent them another message, in a transparent manner informing them that I was about to write a review. Again nothing. So customer service is basically non-existent with this company. In fact, due to their silence they may not even be operational anymore. This just as a caution to those considering to purchase a Gastro Held appliance.
So this is the second time posting this review as rather than actually deal with the problem the thieves at gastrohero decided to report the original post. Unfortunately i didnt see the email from TP to confirm the order but dont worry GH...im watching for it now...
Dough roller which was delivered seemed good. Shortly after it developed a fault, called GH to arrange repair/replace on warranty. Technician sent who took machine away, returned it a short time later working. What followed can only be described as a joke! We were sent a bill to fix this at 50% of the original machine costs! Upon questioning it were told that it was out of warranty because the dough machine contained dough! At this point i obviously pointed out how crazy that was and was told we would get a call back. A few days pass and we get a notice of an unpaid invoice. Called again, promised a call back. Another week passes, another reminder to pay. STILL no call back. GH seem very keen to chase you for money they (wrongly) believe they are owed but very reluctant to actually respond to any concerns you may have with any product once they have your money.
Since the last time i posted this review GH have still failed to make contact OR reply to any emails or calls. They have however managed to pass this case over to a credit collections agency. Utter disgrace of a company and should be stopped trading. Raising case with Verbraucherschutz Zentrale dortmund...
I bought an outer stove with delivery in 4-8 days, after that time I contacted them and told me that there were no stock and that the date of delivery will no be until January (2 and a half months later).
i'm still waiting for my money back, they say they'll return it by transfer when the payment was made with a credit card.
Furthermore, I contact English and his replies are in German.
I have revived the transfer. Thank you
