I looked at a few companies and I have to say they have been brilliant from start to finish and the support during installation and post install was first class. Highly recommend and the kit is top spec and can’t rate these guys more highly.

Had a customer that I am doing various works for. He asked about his failed electric gates and asked if I could do them. Thought I would give it ago. I am a carpenter with a broad knowledge of the building trade. Spoke to north valley forge they convinced me to put a complete new system on, and with photos and measurements supplied me with the correct kit. This is now installed and working great. Couldn’t have done it though without the help of north valley forge and especially the advise and guidance from Craig. With his help it made an impossible job for me possible. Excellent service from Craig M from NVF. He took time to listen to me and look into my enquiry, after I sent him photos of my electric gate module he sent me several options to start with. I choose the product at 15:00 on Friday and he organise the delivery for Saturday morning! he gave me clear instructions on installation and they worked perfectly! I can now open the gate using my phone or Apple watch! Brilliant service from a very knowledgeable Acquisitions Manage.

What can I say! What an amazing company/experience. The whole transaction from ordering, very fast shipping and a great service from DPD. Good product range, fast delivery but the service from Craig and team were fantastic, hence 5 stars. They took the time to find additional documentation to help answer my questions and were very responsive over both email and telephone.

My Liftmaster LYN400 Gate opener was installed in 2006 from North Valley Forge. Every time I have needed assistance or replacement parts either under Guarantee or not I have had good and quick attention, from who ever I have spoken to on the telephone.
Recently, now 2022 I have had a few problems and have received wonderful assistance from Both Craig and Andy, both on the phone and by Email. Thank you for your continued support.

North Valley Forge Ltd and especially Craig of their Technical team are a fantastic company to deal with.My 25 year old electric gates had given up working.I contacted this company for help and received a first class service.A control box,fobs and ram arms were supplied by next day delivery and Craig via the telephone talked me through the whole procedure.He remained on the phone until the job was complete and my gates were restored to full working conditions.What a wonderful company.

Advertised on Ebay, but only 60 miles away, so I paid them a visit. Superb advice and bought what is the right item for my gates. Quite a daunting DIY first time fix, but the after sales service was first class and Craig talked me through all the questions I had. The Italian destructions were naff, but the knowledge of the staff was spot on. It was as if they'd fitted loads themselves. Highly recommended and trustworthy company

Ordered an electric gate system, had told my client that i have never installed one before but she insisted i did it, so had to contact the firm several times and always dealt with Craig McLaughlan who was extremely helpful and always happy to email wiring diagrams as appropriate. Whilst I don't intend to install any more electric gates, if i had to, it would be with this company.

Have a faulty item I’ve been trying to return.
5 emails and 2 phone calls and no help with the situation.

I was trying and failing to work out how to program new fobs for our car park barrier, which was very complicated and detailed. So I called Gateauto and Andy was absolutely brilliant! He was charming, patient and talked me through the whole process with very good cheer. I cannot thank you enough for such marvellous customer service!

Fantastic company to deal with, upon installing the gates and rams I had a geometry issue and Andy Burrows from the technical team was superb in identifying the issue.

Where to begin, Refurbing the gates; how hard could it be. Fiddly was the answer but not due to the kit or the service. Craig and his colleagues were first class and stay with me when I got stuck.
First class kit and service, reading the instructions carefully also helps!
