Outstanding service

Outstanding service, excellent technical knowledge of the products and extremely quick delivery. I had a short amount of time to get the project done and Dave Drone could not have been more helpful...I appreciate the support!

I CONTACTED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES …

I CONTACTED SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES ENQUIRING AND TRYING TO GET ADVICE ON DIFFERENT GATE OPENER KITS, BUT MANY OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO HAD VERY LITTLE INFO ON MY REQUESTS. I FINALLY TRIED GATEAUTO AND SPOKE TO DAVE WHO COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. SO I MADE MY PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY

Cantilever gate wheels

Very helpful over the phone. good prices and very fast delivery from stock although told over the phone order would be parts plus £27 delivery, I ordered online with the same next day delivery for free

In reply may I just say that we offer promotions and discounts online in order to actively get customers to purchase through the internet. This is done so that we can keep our prices competitive rather than having to employ a large number of extra staff to take orders over the phones.

Great customer service

Great customer service, I could find things slightly cheaper elsewhere, but with a fast turnaround, great after sales care and advice, I will only use this company from now on.

EXCELLENT SERV ICE

Just needed a spare electronic key fob for electric gates. Found this company from a Google search. Easy transaction and quick delivery. The item was not as pictured but the one sent was a perfect replacement. Thank you.

HAd problems with DPD promising delivery and then changing it. People at gate auto very helpful, chased DPD, rang us back. Great customer service.

Really nice people and free delivery

Wasn't sure what I needed for my gates but spoke to somebody and he helped me choose kit and a few thing I didn't know I needed but I'm glad I spoke to them as it's saved me lots time and money.

Free delivery was a bonus came when expected. Quality all round.
