My husband and I were very impressed…
My husband and I were very impressed with the whole process. It was very easy to book a surveyor and we were able to book our survey within a week of contacting Gateway. On the morning of the survey, our surveyor phoned us to ask if we had any particular worries. She then phoned after the survey to give us verbal feedback. The report was sent to us within two days of the survey. The report was written in plain English and was easy to understand. The traffic light system that Gateway use, made it easy to understand and helpful in relation to prioritising home improvements. Many thanks

Not properly valued
One of the surveyors has come out and surveyed property. They were given A valuation pack with comparable and the works completed to uplift the value but not sure what the surveyor thought as from £75k went down to £60k have had no explanation as to why. Someone else I know had similar experience and then when they switched lender they got the value it was meant to be valued at.

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone was polite and James the surveyor was excellent and went through everything with us when I rang him after we received the report.

Fantastic experience, would use again.
I came to Gateway following a recommendation from a friend and couldn't recommend them more. Their sales/booking team were always responsive/easy to get through to and even talked me out of getting a survey that would have cost me more (massive props here). Our surveyor gave us a call before hand to check if there was anything we wanted her to look out for and then followed up immediately afterwards. Her report itself is clear, provides the high level information as well as the detail.
In summary, I had a great experience with Gateway and would use them again.

Proactive surveyor and well written report
Your surveyor was proactive in contacting me prior to their site visit and afterwards. They asked me what I would like them to look at and conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism.
