Having waited 6-months for Glendale to send a replacement gazebo canopy (apparently it is still on a boat where it has been for 6-months) I tried Gazebo Spare Parts.

Downside I could not find a phone number but email enquiries were answered quickly. The item I ordered arrived within three days and was well packaged. It fitted perfectly. I would suggested the quality is not as robust as the original and I may only get one season out of it.

However, overall satisfied with service.

Ordered a replacement canopy for an M&S gazebo to replace a previous one purchased from the same company. The canopy fits well, but is nowhere near the quality of the original M&S canopy, and in my experience will last only one season, maybe two if you're lucky. The material its made from becomes brittle in the first year and ultimately tears around the attachment points. I gave a constructive, but critical review direct to the company for the last one, however they do not seem to publish anything they perceive as negative. So in summary, it does the job for a year, but don't expect more than that.

Ordered a canopy with drainage holes BUT it never drains as holes aren’t central so water holds causing the canopy to hold water and sag! Poor and misleading advertising

Can't fault this company at all. Order a replacement cover for our parasol which was discontinued in 2017. Perfect fit, great communication and great delivery. Ordered on the Friday was delivered the following Wednesday. Thank you.

Immediate response to my initial email, followed by a completely satisfactory conclusion within 48 hours. Decent, honest people to deal with, would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The instructions for obtaining the correct size canopy for our frame were extremely helpful. Ordered a replacement canopy for our parasol based on this. The canopy arrived and is absolutely spot on. Fabulous. Would use this company again.

We had been trying to get replacement gazebo covers for months from the Range, they kept saying they were coming in last time we were told it would October. Ordered the covers from gazebo spare parts and what a good service we have had, ordered 2 on and they came 3 days later, they were more expensive but they fitted very well so were happy.
Forget the Range we will be using this Company again no hesitation.

Gazebo canopy is a very, very tight fit over the frame, it is basically too small despite me measuring and ordering the supposedly correct size. Also, the picture on their website is inaccurate. Not that impressed with the product and will go elsewhere next time.

Wanted to purchase a canopy and sent three emails the last one yesterday. Still no response and no telephone number to contact them on website! Sorry but will try elsewhere

Fast dispatch and advertised as The Range product
Description tells you but the photo is very misleading as nothing like the picture.
It fits but 8 holes are in this which simply makes you get very wet, material is useless compared to The Range product
They said send it back but I've sealed the holes up and will make do for now.
When messaged them they said it's a sun shade and not rain proof.
Do they expect me to bring my pub/roof indoors when it rains?
Very disappointing product

I needed a new canopy for my B&M gazebo which is an odd size at 2.5 x 2.5 m sadly the Ripstop version wasn't in stock so I opted for the standard which is the one that is originally supplied. Reliable service, prompt response to my email query, recommended as a trusted supplier
