Poor customer support
Poor customer support. No invoice or returns slip in the delivery. My post enquiry emails went into their spam folder even though the same email address had been used to make the order. They do not check their spam folder and consequently did not answer my emails. Had to phone them to get my problem resolved. They charge for shipping and for returns and I found the cost of returning an unwanted item exceeded the value of the item. My fault for shopping on the internet

Zero customer support

Unprompted review
Not the best handling of parcel.
The poster was in a carton shell which was bent. The damage is visible across the length of the unrolled poster. Though I acknowledge that it is impossible to tell whether the fault is with GB Posters or the delivery service.
