Website was awful
Website was awful. Wouldnt let me complete the purchase. I just ended up in a never ending loop. Messaged their customer service department TWICE and never got a response. The third time it did let me complete the purchase only to then have GB Posters cancel it " Due to a unforeseen error on our website"

Was a little skeptical ordering from here to begin with as I've had negative experiences with online shopping previously. I ordered a frame with a poster and it arrived damaged, I emailed and the next day I had a brand new one delivered and it was perfect. The person I spoke to was apologetic and friendly. Will definitely shop here again!
