DO NOT USE this man or his services. He is dishonest and prays on the old. Will not give engineer code so we can reset code. He was a nasty horrible person who needs to be called out for his shocking behaviour to old vulnerable people.

Brilliant short notice service from Oliver to attend to our old wired alarm system. Extremely friendly and efficient service. I do not hesitate to recommend GC Electronics.

Oliver has serviced and updated our alarm system for several years and has always provided top quality service and advice at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Oliver came to install new ornamental security lights at our house this week. Great job done everything cleaned up and left tidy.

Contacted 1 week before service due and appointment made the following week. Turned upon time and completed the service and explained the benefits of using GC Electronics with particular emphasis on call outs if needed.

I've been using gcelectronics for over 20 years now and never had problem. Last month we upgraded again with gcelectronics and again A+++ service again.

Prompt and professional service. Explains what is been done and why. Arrived on time as agreed and left everything in good order and cleaned all parts of alarm items/system. Will continue to use and can thoroughly recommend the business.

As always the guys were friendly and polite and went about the service quickly and efficiently. Most equipment nowadays need’s to be serviced to remain reliable and to guarantee longevity why should alarm systems be any different? The back up you get from Oliver and the team, as part of the service plan, is cost effective and gives peace of mind if in the unlikely event that things go wrong with your system. Been with GC Electronics for a number of years now and I can say I’ve found them to be reliable, honest and transparent, what you see is what you get .

Oliver has just left my home after arriving on time. This is something many contractors who have worked at my home have failed to do. I paid him my service fee which worked out at £2.40 per week or just over 30p a day. Security alarms are like an insurance policy - we hope we have to never hear them being triggered. They are no different from car, house or any other type of insurance and they also act as a deterrent against those who like to enter your house illegally. If you have never experienced this then you will never truly appreciate the emotional problems burgalry brings with it. I have no problems with paying 30p a day to significantly reduce the risk of this happening. Many thanks Oliver. See you next year.

Still at it re setting alarm for yearly service just woke up to the con!!

Called during an emergency, he said call out fee was £200 then yelled profanities on the phone.

I had an alarm fitted by Oliver of GC Electronics some years ago. It is a WiFI system that in fairness has worked well. Oliver set it up to go unserviceable every 12 months, he would then attend as part of the service contract, reset the alarm , and charge £60. My Alarm went unserviceable a couple of days ago, due to my mistake, It needed a reset, he would only visit to reset charging £35 plus VAT. He refused to give me the code to reset. I have now cancelled my Service Account with Oliver. I told him I would give honest feedback and seek legal advice, both of which I am doing. I would not use them again !!! This Alarm does not appear to need servicing each year, but an Engineer can put the setting on, and thereby have you over a barrel.

I have used Olivier in 2015 when I bought a new house which had the security device installed. At that time I made a call out during an electrical trip and Olivier was prompt in coming and then replacing the batteries, charged £60. However what he didnt inform was he set a date in the software to alert as Service required after a year which gave an impression the system needs a look. He arrived logged into the Pyronix device and just again set a date to alert again and charged £60, only this time i noticed that all he has done was to set reminders every year to collect his £60. IN SUMMARY "THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBERY AND DISHONEST BUSINESS KEEPING THE CUSTOMER ON THE DARK SIDE AND SCARE MONGERING". I would never trust him, would advice to stay away if someone is trying to fool you with technology
