Recommend them highly.

After spending the majority of last winter stood waiting around in freezing school playgrounds I decided to treat myself to a decent warm winter coat. Although I purchased it in the middle of a summer heatwave I am very much looking forward to some colder weather arriving so that I can put it to the test and 'battle the elemnts'!!

Quick delivery, cheap and good product

I am very satisfied with the quality of the sleeping bag I bought. The Snug Pak Sleeper Lite is an excellent choice for a sleeping bag which can keep you warm and comfortable under most cases. This is my second Snug Pak sleeping bag as I already have a Sleeper Xtreme which again purchased from Gear Zone and is amazing!

I have bought a variety of things from Gearzone over the years, mainly holiday supplies, mozzie repellent etc and not once have I had call to contact them with a complaint. Items always arrive within 48hrs. Everything is sold at great prices too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the boots. The fit was absolutely fine but they were badly made and very uncomfortable around the toes. There seemed to be no inner padding, just rubber inners. I've had the brand before and not experienced this problem.
It cost £11 to send them back. The company advises customers to use a 'signed for' service as otherwise there's no proof of their having received them. This is expensive, andI wouldn't use them again for this kind of purchase (if any).

Really pleased with the service provided by this company, goods received in super quick fashion with excellent tracking and delivery notification.

I ordered the North Face Base Camp Hot Shot which turned out to be a great buy. The bag came on time and was much cheaper than buying it at the official North Face store. Bag came in perfect condition and was overall very pleased with the service.

The shoes I ordered came within 48 hours as promised and were in perfect condition. Then, when they didn't fit, I received a prompt and friendly reply to my email enquiry about getting a refund. I sent the shoes back and was refunded within about three days, including the delivery charge! Just to clarify, it's not their fault that I had to send the product back. Highly recommended.
