I bought a pair of cropped trousers which arrived in a week and no complaints about the website, packing, or updates; everything was exactly as you'd wish. Trousers themselves were over £40 - maybe I'm spoilt with all the special offers at the moment but that's a good bit more than other products and they don't seem that superior to a Regatta pair I bought for less than £20.

I had been looking for some reasonably-priced Merrell to replace the ones I'd had for about 8 years, and which finally wore out.
Gear Zone came up with the goods and I would definitely use them again recommend them to my family, friends and acquaintances.

I bought a Lamina 30 sleeping bag from Gear Zone. An excellent price, and I ordered it on the Friday morning, and it arrived on Monday morning. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The website was easy to use and customer friendly and the boots I ordered were very competitively priced. After placing my order it was acknowledged by email, I was informed of dispatch by a subsequent email, received a text to highlight the delivery date with the option to change the date if required and a text on the day of delivery outlining a time slot, which was adhered to. I wish more companies provided such detailed delivery information.
The parcel was well packaged and the invoice included clear instructions as to how to return the item if necessary.
I was very impressed with the level of customer service, would use your company again and would happily recommend to others.

I was delighted with the swimsuit I purchased from Gear Zone. Unfortunately I was kidding myself about the size. The item was superb and arrived the next day so well done Gear Zone.

Found lowest price for Vaude Badawi tent via google shopping, checked on Gear Zone website, phoned to check sale price was correct (!) and was in stock, they also phoned the supplier to check availability of accessories, and dispatched the order within a couple of hours on a next-day schedule via a good delivery company where I was able to move the delivery date to a more convenient day. Tent arrived at beginning of 1-hour time slot. Tent tested over the weekend and we love it!
