I ordered a Miniair in December 2022. Delivery was prompt and the computer worked like a charm until the SSD failed. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement with more memory than the original at a cost of only $20. I highly recommend them.

There was a problem with the power supply on the unit I got, but it was diagnosed by the tech support and a replacement unit was promptly sent. The new one performs great.

All the negative reviews are not consistent with me experience. I ordered Mini-11; it came within a week (US warehouse); it worked exactly as expected, with easy setup and flawless so far. It also feels fast (I upgraded from a 4-year-old computer. The great advantage is that it's this tiny box setting next to my monitor. But there are two DISADVANTAGES that are serious. First, there are not enough USB ports. They are used up quickly, even with the added extra hub that I purchased (from them). And adding hubs detracts from the tiny footprint. Second, and more important, they don't seem to provide much help in updating the stystem ... drivers, patches, BIOS, etc. I see downloads on the website, but it's impossible to figure out which are needed. This is something that the mainstream manufacturer of my previous computers (name withheld) does extremely well. I fear that my GEEKOM system will be out-of-date within a year or two. And if it requires a reinstall of the system, it likely is just trash. This is a huge drawback to buying from a manufacturer with little or no support capability post-purchase (as evidenced by the negative reviews).Too bad .... post-purchase support is the key to building a customer base. I fear GEEKOM may not be around for long.

this is a solid, compact, state of the art product that blows my old laptops and desktops away. I love its portability and scalability. A little pricey but worth it.

The ordering process through delivery was very smooth. The performance of my Mini IT13 is amazing. So good so my son bought one as well.

I do not usually buy a computer from a company I never heard of, nor from an email solicitation. Geekom's ad arrived on a day that my secondary home computer was on life support. The price and features seemed too good to be true, but at such a low price point I took a gamble on them. The unit arrived packaged as if I had bought an Apple product. Setting it up was almost as simple as an old style landline phone. Plug in a few connections and press start. I bought their basic unit, might compare its specs to a low end chromebook, the surprise was it worked as well as my main i7 $2,000 desktop. Its been 6 months and all is still good! I even loaded our business POS software on it. The software supplier rec'cs a min. i5 unit. Works just fine, go figure.

I've ordered two Geekom PC's in recent weeks. Both arrived quickly, and no issues with getting them up and running with Windows.

So far, so good, Unit arrived on time, setup was effortless. Whisper quiet and as fast as I expected it to be for an i7 unit. Any issues I might have are with Windows 11, NOT the hardware it is running on. After close to two months, I am a happy camper :-)

Ordered item but then decided to cancel. Didn't get any response from customer service for three days by which time item had shipped. Got RMA from them. Returned item. Had to follow up three more times before getting partial refund (gotta love restocking fees). Kept asking me for return tracking info even though I'd sent it to them, and they'd had the item back in their warehouse for over 2 months at this point without processing the return. Eventual return receipt #xxxx-7606 for authenticity.

I love these tiny machines. I have 3 now and I keep replacing older PCs with these.

I am VERY happy with Geekom products. The computer bought is awesome. And very fast. If I need another computer, I will buy it from Geekom.

Customer service team is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

I bought a Geekom pc and I love it. It came with windows 11, but I was able to install windows 10 without an issue. The small form factor makes it hardly noticeable on my desk. I would definitely by again.

Avoid like the plague. My dad ordered a computer and never arrived. No confirmation details emailed and no online presence. They’re a scam. Reported to Trading Standards.

Only getting 1 because zero and minus not an option. Avoid this company like the plague, do not send out your PC for unknown reason as they do not reply on any of their contact details. They do not have a UK warehouse or in any of the other countries they claim to only China. After a month still waiting for PC to be processed, reviews on their website are fake just look on Trustpilot to see real reviews.

I contacted them about 2 PCs, specifically for gaming. I wasn't told the PCs I was buying weren't really for gaming, and after spending nearly £1400, I have to look at upgrading them which is difficult because of the size. I contacted Geekom to ask for help with this and also to see why I didn't get advised that they weren't gaming PCs but never received a response. I thought if I left a review they may contact me about it, I wrote 2, but they vet the reviews on their website and only publish the good ones. Do your research before buying!

Had looked about for replacement PC and after looking through many magazine articles and reviews I thought I'd give Geekom a go.

I can honestly say, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

The machine came very quickly, looks amazing and was really happy... then I tried to use it. It's quite noisy and incredibly slow, even doing some basic file transfers.

After less than 24hrs I contacted 'customer support' only to be told they were on the Chinese NY holiday, fair enough, I left a message. I waited until after the 16th Feb, nothing, so left a 2nd & 3rd message, nothing.

Finally I received a reply on the 22nd Feb, asking for details and pictures/videos of issues. I've done as asked, again nothing.

Only asked to return the machine and refund my money, but it seems like many others I've to write off a fair amount of money.

Please, please stay away from these shysters

They have refused any refund and denied their are any issues. So am contacting Trading Standards for a breach in Consumer Law.
This company is deplorable and contemptible in every way.

Please save your money and buy from a reputable retailer

I would give this company 0 stars if trust pilot would permit it.

This 'Chinese' company constantly lies, takes orders when they have no stock and fail to communicate about orders leaving customers for months awaiting a delivery that never arrives. I cannot more strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this company and choose BeeLink or MinisForum instead. I am not affiliated with either company and I am sure there are a minority of customers who have had a better experienced but I ask you, is it worth the risk. I have cancelled my order of over a month ago despite being told it would be shipped within 7-10 days. I have claimed a charge back from my credit card company and I will be buying elsewhere. AVOID!

Scam. Bought machine - doesn’t work , keeps rebooting. No reply from email, messages - they Chinese drop shippers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Placed an order. The invoice didnt match what I ordered so I asked for a cancellation. Geekcom cancelled the order but refused to refund.

Can't in all honesty recommend them . I was going to buy one . Numerous ways they give to contact them . I used every one to ask some details. No response at all . If that's the attitude for a purchaser,what would it be like in the event of a problem or the so called warranty. Then I see the reviews on here . I'll walk away ,thankful I didn't waste my money
