We have ordered 3 mini PCs from them for workstation and all perform excellent.

I have 2 GEEKOM MiniPCs....one AS5 and one AS6. The AS6 has been upgraded with SSDs and runs great!
The AS5 has been troublesome, but is easy to work on and sort out. Tech Service is slow to respond, but very helpful. All in all, I'm impressed with GEEKOM computers

I have purchased multiple Mini PCs (both Intel & AMD) from Geekom for both personal and small business use. I have not had ANY issues with their service NOR their products. I recommend this company/products for replacement of your old computers that is not compatible with Windows 11.

I bought a mini air 11 and was so impressed with price and performance that I bought one for my wife. After that recommended it to a friend and he bought one. Then I recommended it to my brother and he bought a more expensive geekom. Both of them are very pleased with their pc's. Also bought a usb hub for mine and it works well. I think these pc's are an excellent choice for you if you are limping along with an old pc.

When the reviews are saying to avoid dont be like me and ignore it. AVOID BUYING FROM THE WEBSITE i cant write about product because theyve never sent it and Im still trying to either get the product or refund as of now both have yet to happen. this website is a scam with a capital SCAM!!!

I bought two GEEKOM IT13 / I9 computers and I love them so much I just bought two more one for my daughter and another for a coworker. Great convenient and fast!

To date, I have purchased a Geekom IT11, IT12 and IT13. As an IT professional, I was a bit worried about the small pc but after testing these, I am now a verified user. They have all performed very well. I have been able to use them to do almost anything without an issue. Our plan is to start to implement them into our network.

I watched a number of Youtube video reviews and read several articles on mini-pc design and performance. I have never had any issues with ASUS computer components and routers. My Geekom AS6 Ryzen 9 uses an ASUS motherboard and quality components. My mini-pc arrived quickly after I placed my order. I added a 2nd M.2 storage device and their USB-C mini-hub and have been using the box on a daily basis ever since without any issues.

My only dig (and it's a small one) -- is that I am unable to find a 2nd 20V power supply with the correct size barrel jack. I use my AS 6 like a laptop -- in 2 locations. I have a 2nd USB-C hub connected to an old VGA monitor, keyboard and mouse and would like to have the power supply there ready to plug in. It's not a big deal -- I just unplug my power supply from the wall and take it with me when I use it at the 2nd location.

Not sure what all the neg reviews are about. I have had my IT 11 for about a year. I maxed out some of the storage options and Its a very quick little machine. IT IS NOT A GAMING MACHINE. They do make a PC that will take a graphics card. The IT 11 isnt it. It is more suited to business and personal use like OFFICE etc. Mine is very quiet . . . I would even say silent. I am running a 3 monitor setup with no issues.

I bought the MiniIT11 6 months ago and am loving it! Super simple to setup and get running. Machine is very fast - I would recommend this to anyone. I'm using it to do photo editing using ACDSee software and it is running very nicely.

I want to give a good review on my purchase. The problem is I have not received it nor had it shipped. It says will ship in 2-3 business days. It was ordered Feb 23 and it's now Mar 7. I had to reach out to find out something. It could still be 5-7 business days until shipping. I could have already received it via Amazon at the same price. They were nice, but the lack of communication is not good service. I'm still hoping to review the product once I receive it.

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I've had a great experience with my mini Air12. It replaced an older Surface tablet I had connected to 3 monitors on my desktop. The PC is extremely fast, quiet, and the only issue I had was figuring out how to connect my 3 monitors due to lack of ports. I solved that problem with an external USB hub that had the HDMI ports I needed. I would definitely buy again.

I look at the other reviews here, and how all over they are, and can't understand it at all!

For me, they were excellent. I have bought two of their PCs in 2023, had no issues, were delivered on time, and work perfectly. The pricing was very competitive, for what I was hoping for. Literally, no complaints at all, and I will keep considering them for my computer needs.

I see a lot of bad reviews but my experiance was great. Quick delivery. PC was exactly what I ordered. It performs as described. No issues here.

I bought an IT13 mini PC in early January 2024. There was a minor glitch after I attached a third monitor - video signal disappeared on all monitors. It took a little over a day to get an email from support to solve the problem. I wish there are more USB ports. The PC's performance is good overall.

They really helped out when I emailed them questions about a pre purchase. They answered all my questions and I placed my order. I was very happy ordering the product. There was a slight delay but that's normal for a pre order. But it came as I suspected. It's a great little unit.

Annie in customer service was terrific. I had an issue with my IT-12 I-7 mini PC that I purchase in May of 2023. We diagnosed the issue and figured out a solution. Geekom definitely stands behind their guarantee! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a compact PC…

Got what I ordered. Shipping on time. Works as expected. I haven't used their support so no opinion on that.

The fan was extremely loud and I was ready to return the unit. Then received the BIOS patch and the fan woks well and quite now. Customer service is horrible, but the pc works well, for now.

It was my first purchase of min PC. I was not sure what this small box can do. I was thinking It must overheat, but I was surprised. It is small, lightweight and quiet comper to my laptop. So far I am very pleased.
